Billy and Franklin Graham met and dined with Sarah Palin at their home yesterday, Charlotte Observer also reports that Graham got a call on Nov. 12 from President Obama...

Sarah Palin, the hottest name in the Republican Party, took a detour from her book-signing tour Sunday to dine with Billy Graham at his mountaintop home in Montreat.
"He's followed her career and likes her strong stand on faith," said son Franklin Graham, who was present for the 2 1/2-hour get-together. "Daddy feels God was using her to wake America up."
The former Alaska governor and 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate told Billy Graham about how she came to faith in God as a girl in Bible camp.
She quizzed him on the presidents he's known and wanted his take on what the Bible says about Israel, Iran and Iraq, Franklin Graham reported.
Graham's son also confirmed his father got a call Nov. 12 from President Obama, a Democrat, who was phoning from Air Force One as he jetted to Asia.
"He said he wanted to come by and meet my father sometime," Franklin Graham said. Obama also wished the evangelist belated birthday wishes - he turned 91 on Nov. 7. Graham told the president he'd be happy to meet with him and then shared a verse from Proverbs, his son said.
NICE PHOTOS HERE
I agree with the concept...
I like Sarah and think she’s important to our future...but sorry, this kind of stuff is EXACTLY why liberals think the right is nuts.
I happen to agree with Rev Graham. Miss his speaking very much.
We're on a mission from God.....
Agreed. And that doesn't have to be as president. She'd be a great cabinet appointment as well.
Who cares what the liberals think? We know we’re right and not nuts. We are conservative, God-fearing and compassionate for those less fortunate.
Uh oh, The Radical Religious Right is supporting her along with all the Crazy Right Wing Conspirators to take over Amerika. s/

Amen to that! Go Palin!
Everyone has respect for Rev Graham... except for a few at KOokS and the DUmmies... but then they are worthless scum and not worthy of gracing the bottom of the Reverends shoes.
Why do you care what 20% of of the population that is liberal thinks? They are nuts by definition. Why is it that so many conservatives seek gratification and acceptance from the left? Now that is nuts. Like seeking approval from the father who beats the crap out of you and burns you with cigaretts.
I wonder how Obama knew about this little get-together so he could give a “me too” call? I REALLY want to know which Proverbs it was. Although I’m pretty sure Rev. Graham has more grace than I do in picking one to read to Obama!
I’ll second that. If Sarah runs I’m 100% behind her. The said Reagan couldn’t win. Sarah has an appeal that goes beyond the typical Republican. She has an appeal to those conservative independents who are often turned off by Republicans party politics.
My point is that it’s no better than the libs who regarded Obama as The Messiah.
(Even if it’s true that Obama isn’t fit to shine Sarah’s shoes...)
I'm confused, Rockin. Exactly what is driving the liberals to think we're nuts?
I've listened to Billy Graham since 1950. I disagree with some of his Baptist theology, but he's principally moderate and kind in his preaching.
Who cares what the lying liberal atheists think? I'm sick of the way our side pussyfoots around important subjects like our faith in God. One more thing, are you aware that Billy Graham was preaching Jesus in Moscow before Reagan knocked down the Berlin Wall? "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty." Not just an empty Bible verse.
That headline should piss off the Huckagoobers and Romneybots.
As a Catholic, I’ve always respected Rev. Graham. He doesn’t seem like the type who would try to spring some “Whore of Babylon” talk on me. Although I was surprised to learn from the article that Rev. Graham is a long time registered Democrat.
What is with the blog you’ve linked to? It seems pretty misleading.
