Editors Note: In December 08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigators report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Lets begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obamas official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obamas original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

LOL! Whatever. Something smells fishy.
Good question! It is kind of odd for am admin mod pinging...who are the members of the welcome wagon?
Are you formally associated with the Western Journalism Center?
Indeed it is!!! Especially someone that trolls these threads and pings his little crowd of trolls to the threads. Ugh, not liking this. I’m FReepmailing someone regarding this.
Do you have any thoughts about the article you posted here?
Considering whom buckey pings —Non Sequitur, Drew68, mlo, curiosity, etc.— it should not come as a surprise that we have a protected/favorite species at FR for birther issue threads. Just try to ignore ...
So the Admin Mod broke the Prime Directive?
I don’t see how this thread suddenly stopped at 7:45. Let’s see where the other Troll Admin is.
1. Several other FReepers and I volunteered to be members of the FR Welcome Wagon at the request of the Mods.
2. I did not ping to this thread any of the folks that you mentioned.
3. I made no comments one way or the other regarding the accuracy or inaccuracy of the author’s post.
4. My sole purpose on this thread and any other with new FR members will be to refer them to the FRWW committee for mentoring.
5. The Admin Mod pinging me had absolutely nothing to do with the content of the thread. There is no protected species. Don’t draw conclusions that aren’t there.
The mods determine the prime directive ... on the fly don’tchaknow. Tall buildings, speeding bullets, speeding locomotives, insignificant. Being an Admin Mod, now that’s reeeeal power! [You might want to put a book in the seat of your pants, there could be a paddling in our future.
Wow, that’s a first.
I’m curious as to why the poster has not shown up?
I did not say anything about you pinging anyone.
Didn't see you comment until now.
I get that you are part of the FRWW
The Admin is the one causing suspicion. I don't care about your posts regarding BC, fine by me and we have even traded jokes before.
But, for the Admin to openly ping you on a BC thread, when you are generally and nearly always the contrarian.
The Admin Mod is the one who cast you in a bad light. If they did so inadvertently they should apologize not you.
Bump Dat...
