Editors Note: In December 08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigators report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Lets begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obamas official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obamas original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

If you call a "welcome wagon" 1 ping to 1 person a "welcome wagon", who posted a hit and run thread....then yes!!!
This is the new Newt "all party tent" our masters have spoken of. Welcome one, welcome all. Newbies no longer have to earn trust here.....WE GIVE IT TO THEM ON A SILVER PLATTER!!
"How are we supposed to know who to welcome and how?"
One thing this thread has taught me.....jump on the newbies. I have never done so before, but this new "hug the newbie" crap has me so ticked off that ANY veer from the conservative road will earn a good spanking.
Your help in acheiving that goal is appreciated.
A caucus thread for the birth certificate would be awesome. Who do we see about getting that done?
Don’t go! We are just getting started, erh, well it is getting late.
The “caucus” designation applies only to threads posted in the Religion Forum. Any belief can form a caucus and only members of that caucus are allowed to post on the thread.
And why on earth would they not ping you privately? Sorry, but the true leaders here on FR are not that stupid. Something is up, we don't like it, and just like ny23, we are revolting.
I look forward to helping bring in more Freepers.
The Mods didn’t screw anything up or mishandle anything. They did exactly what they set out to do, which was to have the new FRWW team welcome a new member and try to give that new member the benefit of the doubt until he proves himself unwelcome.
Some of you took your contempt and hate and pointed it at the messenger. That’s your fault, not the mods’ fault.

Thanks Buckeye. Lets see how our little program works.

Because I compiled the list of FReepers who volunteered. The mods dont want to maintain such a list. They have enough to do. They pinged me so I could FReepmail the FRWW list.

You’re going to have to find a better way. Something out in the open. IMO we are all entitled to know who is on the welcoming list, and should be able to read the welcome as it is offered. Nothing SECRET OR UNDERGROUND will work.
Mmmmm, beef.
Jim Thompson. He use to have a mail route but as I understand it, he is currently unemployed.
Thank you.
Those sound great but hard liquor is quicker. LOL
I am getting sleepy. Weird.
Shhhhh, bite your tongue!
Well, I’d suggest a birther caucus on the religion forum, to avoid the constant bickering..between believers and nonbelievers re:legitimacy of the BC..but I guess we can’t call it a religion..
‘Lets see how our little program works’
Sounds like something Hillary would say, no?
How about a form letter?
Saw the post below and had to come back and see what the meant.
A friend made this absolutely delicious stew today with wine, parsnips and what the hell to do I know. But, was it ever good. No tomatoes, which cut back on the acid.
It was similar to a stew by 21 Club in New York.
You freakin’ voted for Hillary!
