The Hawaii Department of Health has reversed course. They now admit that they do - in fact – make some vital records information available to the public. This admission reverses their prior response pattern indicating that “no information” could be released.

you could look for the divorce decree..it likely would have been in the boston area if those dates are correct since that is when Sr was there.
btw, why do they not have the last name as Obama? Where were they born? If Obamanazi had Sr’s last name..why not those two? Did Ruth ever REALLY marry him?
Do not think they were divorced in Mass (and definitely not in 1965). I think that may refer to when they departed US for Kenya. This source is a bit sloppy.
Ruth said she was married about 7 yrs — which if they were married in 1964, would be about 1971. Did the divorce occur in Kenya or US? do not know.
I have not checked Ruth’s whereabouts that year (1971), but BHO did come to USA, apparently near the end of that year — his only visit with BHO in the US.
Ruth re-married & had her sons named changed (to their present name). She remarried, IIRC, in 1980, or thereabouts.
In Dreams, Ruth asks Barry why his mother did not have his name changed when she remarried. He did not answer her.
they should have contacted Jr about the estate...so perhaps Jr did not have the necessary documents..or did not want to provide them...or they didn’t know how to find Jr.
Where was Jr when this was happening?

Columbia College, NYC. I am certain that if he had a potential claim to BHO Sr’s estate, he was contacted. His mother & g-parents knew where he was.
Could that have been when he makes that cryptic statement in Dreams that he found papers (birth certif, vaccination records, & letter (? — one other thing) & was shocked to discover that he did not see his name or his mother’s? -— I may not have these details right, but it is in Dreams.
His father’s death may have been why he was rummaging.
I have seen all those references — everywhere Ruth & BHO, Sr. are discussed, but since there is no shred of proof and no statement from anyone who would certainly know, I began to suspect it might be a “talking point.”
Kezia says: “Barack was also worried about what his father would think because I was so young, but he gave us his approval. He sent my mother and father 14 cows for my dowry.
“Barack’s father was only a cook so it was a big sacrifice. Very soon after, we were married.”
That was January 1957. Kezia and Barack Snr set up home in Jericho, a section of Nairobi created for government employees, and began a family.

Obama Sr’s school records show he left school in Kenya in 1953.

Otula says Obama Sr went straight to the US from Maseno, to start his academic tour. He later married an American woman, the mother of Senator Obama.

That is a good point. Wasn’t there something found under a misspelled name. I can’t remember what it was..maybe someone who claimed they found info about reentry into the country.

Michelle had met Kezia and BO’s half-siblings who were the children of Kezia.
Also, Barack said there was no record of the marriage in the family papers but said he didn't dare to look into it. Perhaps he gave Michelle the impression that he thought his mom was single and she went with it. Leo appears to have proved that she was not!
I have a theory that brother, Mark, might be the source of the 1964 Lavender BC (if it is real) as he supposedly got possession of BO Sr’s property and presumably his papers in one account posted recently by someone. BO Sr might have requested a BC to try to retain custody of BO II in 1964 when he was preparing to return to Kenya with his new wife, Mark's mother.
Per the Daily Mail Account as told by Kezia, BO Sr told Mark's mom that Kezia was his wife when Kezia unexpectedly found them together after his traffic accident.
This also demonstrates a pattern of behavior by BO Sr of bringing a white wife back to Kenya without telling Kezia. He may have done the same thing with Stanley Ann, which would allow for Kezia not mentioning any Kenya visit by SA in 1961 and not meeting SA until after BO Sr died.
That's cute. He's referring to an article written about Obama Sr. The man doesn't mention he has a wife and child in Hawaii. Obama (the second) is confused. He can't understand why not. He also tells us there's a birth certificate - with the name of Obama Sr on it (one imagines) because the person spoken of in the article and the document must be/probably was/ of the same name. It may even have been a copy of the KENYAN document!
What he had yet to find out, and later hide, is that the document is a forgery, raised to hide true paternity - and he's been fighting a losing battle to continue to hide that fact ever since he first discovered who his real father was.

yes; that was the statement made by Auma -— that Mark was the only one with the documents to prove his relationship to BHO, Sr.
I have been meaning to post about this, but still need to finish research:

He may have been led to believe that, but I think that cannot be correct. I think BHO may have gone to Nairobi to work as a clerk (for same organization that that woman, Elizabeth? worked for)-—the woman who helped grease the wheels to get BHO to the US.
