they should have contacted Jr about the estate...so perhaps Jr did not have the necessary documents..or did not want to provide them...or they didn’t know how to find Jr.

Columbia College, NYC. I am certain that if he had a potential claim to BHO Sr’s estate, he was contacted. His mother & g-parents knew where he was.
Could that have been when he makes that cryptic statement in Dreams that he found papers (birth certif, vaccination records, & letter (? — one other thing) & was shocked to discover that he did not see his name or his mother’s? -— I may not have these details right, but it is in Dreams.
His father’s death may have been why he was rummaging.
