I was discussing this with my husband this week. I haven't been able to sleep without having end of the world nightmares for the past six months. I'm grinding my teeth all day and night---never did it before Obama was elected. I am taking sleeping pills to sleep, and on occasion must take anti-depressants. I have had several anxiety attacks in the past six months--never had them before. How much emotional and physical damage does this administration get to heap on the average American citizen before we can join together in a class action against someone? I'm sure there's a law preventing civil suits being brought against anyone in the government, but my health has been damaged by this man, and I am certain there are others out there who are experiencing the same issues. (My husband, for one.)

Right now is not the time to get depressed. Think and do positive things. Set your house in order. Spiritual and physical. Scrub that floor or polish those pans when you're feeling down. Rejoice that you still have them, that you have them, that they belong to YOU!
Think positive thoughts and project them towards the people who are working overtime on this Zero issue. They need all the help they can get. Bless them with positive thoughts and prayers. If you can help physically, do so :)
I know it's difficult, but consider all the good that has happened since the Resident took over the white hut. Consider all that has been exposed, in only 9 months!!! Consider all the people who have worked silently to expose the evil. It's amazing!
Another thing to consider is, if what is happening now is getting you so down, what will you do when things are truly bad? Use the time wisely now and learn to build up that inner strength. We don't want you to be a statistic.
I'm telling you this because this is how I decided to cope. Did you know the devil hates laughter? so LAUGH! LOL

Don’t give Obama that much power.
Your fears are logical and well-founded; millions of people share them. But it is imperative that you master strategies to turn that fear into positive, constructive energy.
Take good care of yourself physically and spiritually so that you have the strength and the stamina to ride through this. You cannot be optimistic when you are exhausted.
If you don’t belong to a gym or a local Y, join one now. Work out regularly - ESPECIALLY when you are tense and frightened. It will change your attitude - and help you sleep.
If you don’t have a group of Bible study friends, find one or start one. Studying Biblical history is enormously comforting because it puts our dire circumstances in better perspective.
Join a Tea Party group or 9/12 group so that you and your husband don’t feel isolated. Sharing news and concerns and ideas with friends will empower you.
Isolation and exhaustion are the favorite tools of the tyrant. Recognize that and fight back.
And know that since 9/12, THEY are afraid of US.

Tacet of course is the verb form of the same Latin root word, which is used in music and means ‘to be silent’. Oh, the contradiction in meaning is so obvious, I don’t know how anyone could have been so stupid as to have so foolishly missed using the adjective form, tacit.
I guess it’s just the lack of sleep because of my hysteria over the Obama administration has me gob-smacked.
