A few quick snippets... Judge David Carter, Central District of California, ordered early discovery; Obama has 30 days to produce his records, including his hospital, birth certificate, name of doctor, and all of the signatures.

IMHO, Right here we have the source of confusion that Team Obama has successfully exploited.
(1)The BC: Team Obama has created havoc about this point. From their point of view, the WH has been very successful in confusing the BC and the COLB, with the MSM and many politicians heralding "release" of the COLB as solving everyone's problems.
(2)Conflating "Native Born," which is at least an intriguing possibility for Our Leader, with "Natural Born Citizen."
Personally, I think it's a trick. Team Obama can make a great show of releasing a Birth Certificate, and will try and claim that it answers all the questions. It doesn't. There are TWO (2) different issues here.
By putting both of these concepts into one sentence, Team Obama has managed to get various schools of thought among his opposition at each others' throats. No school of thought has an articulate, elected official as spokesman. The Republican Party has refused to enter the fray, even though this is a Constitutional crisis affecting the legitimacy of our government.
My school of thought: get this matter on the floor of state legislatures. We need a body of STATE law that demands documentary proof of a Presidential Candidate's eligibility before allowing the candidate on the ballot, or receiving that state's electoral vote.
That way, a state AG could challenge the candidates on their status as "Natural Born Citizens," automatically throwing the issue before the SCOTUS, where this can be decided once and for all ... (and one way or the other!)
Actually one of them is virtually identical - that of David Bomford. The only real differences between that one and the alleged Obama certificate are the details a forger would have to change to produce a supposed Kenyan birth certificate for Barack Obama.
Mombassa Protectorate was not the same legal entity as Kenya Colony and could easily have had distinctive birth certification documents and those documents could even have been designed by a colonial functionary who came from South Australia and used a form he was familiar with as a general, but not exact template.
First of all, the odds that a 'colonial functionary' would have come from South Australia in the 1950s (and that's when this type of form became commonplace) is extremely remote. Some people seem to be under the false impression that we were all still British colonies at this time - we were not, Australia's colonial was fifty years behind it at that point, and Australia was not in the habit of sending people out to administer African colonies, not was it (with the exception in some cases of state Governors and the Governors General of Australia) in the habit of accepting British people sent to administer here.
Secondly, the point is that the template for the Obama certificate is not just similar to that of a South Australian certificate which might be explained by somebody copying one for a new printing process. We've got the same widths of borders. The same number of full stops (periods in Americans) following headings. We've got the same fonts. These are not just similarities. They are to all intents and purposes identical.
There's also an issue with the Coat of Arms seen on the alleged Kenyan Certificate. It's the Coat of Arms of Kenya, not the Coat of Arms of the Coast Province. It really shouldn't be being used in the way it's being used on any official document. That's a relatively minor point, but it's yet another reason to doubt the provenance of that document.
A price for the document that's listed in a form of currency that was used in Australia, not Kenya. There's so many problems with the alleged Obama document and virtually nothing that's right about it.
If O's vital records show a non-hospital birth reported by a relative, he will still be legally proved to be a citizen, but not necessarily NBC, same as above, except that a challenge to the reported HI birth will have a far greater possibility of validity. That possibility will depend on forensic validation of alternative proofs of a non-HI birth.
Bump
The plan would be to drop the case and admit he was born a citizen, but if he could produce them why hasn’t he already(and the old argument about making conservatives look like fools is BS, he has waited to long for that) done so? I also want all documents that pertain to his school etc. to be released, there is a reason he is hiding all this stuff. I want to know what the reason is. Also, they(the WH) are trying already to dismiss this case, why not just show the BC and end it?
The sight of Zero being dragged out of the Oval Office and frog-marched off to the pokey would most certainly throw the entire U.S. government, in fact all of U.S. society, into violent turmoil. (Just think of the paperwork to erase everything he’s done and signed so far!)
But wrenching upheaval is exactly what we need to work these poisons out of our system. We’ve been on a bender since FDR and the hangover is going to be a real doozy.
Let the hangover begin. Good luck and good hunting, Orly!
I think Orly is right. And I think she is on the right track. But the judge in this case has a record of corruption and leftist politics, so what are the odds that he will do the right thing?
At least she is keeping the issue alive, as Obama keeps shooting himself in the foot and tanking his ratings. Maybe things will change if he becomes sufficiently unpopular. But we aren’t there yet.

But of course, these Obamanoids are a protected species of liars at FR.
Notice that his main support is signed up only four days apart!

“Your gut reaction is based on preexisting intellectual notions. Your gut reaction will be as out of touch with reality as those preexisting intellectual notions.”
Actually that isn’t true.

Nice link, thanks.
The Bomford was proven to be a fraud ... unless you believe the typed form of the exhibit would be over the signature on the exhibit. But nice try there ...
"Its a new term for those that try to claim racism is behind every criticism or opposition to leftist policies or politicians.
Time to marginalize them as conspiracy kooks."
I like that!

The Bomford certificate is not a fake. I suggest you educate yourself on graphic formats, depth of colour, and compression algorithms. Reading my other posts in this other thread might start you on the process of understanding how these things actually work.
I find it absolutely amazing to see an Australian birth certificate that looks like an Australian birth certificate being labelled as a fake by people who are prepared to accept that a Kenyan birth certificate that looks like an Australian birth certificate and nothing like a Kenyan birth certificate might somehow be real.
WOW, I’m impressed!!!!
(go Swans)
As of February 1964 Mombassa was no longer the Protectorate or Kenya, and FR and other research has shown that Mombassa considered itself and refer to itself as the Republic of Kenya as early as October 1963 prior to the independence of Kenya Colony with which it merged in December 1963.
It seems to me entirely possible that in Feb. 1964, a Kenya Protectorate birth certification format distinct from the Kenya Colony format could have been modified with a new Republic of Kenya Coat of Arms.
As to Australian functionaries ending up in Kenya, isn't it true that any Commonwealth citizen would have been more than welcome and able to apply for a UK colonial job in Kenya at that time? Look at Lavender, a Brit who was proved to have been a Kenyan functionary.
I can't speak for the other documents, but this one is definitely a fake in my view. I've seen a lot of Australian birth certificates over the years - and Kenyan ones are not similar to them.
Not doubting you, but if Kenya was a British colony back in the day; might they not have similar looking BC's?
Just asking.
