Reports from Gary are starting...He is about 25th in line out of approximately 300 people waiting to get into the courtroom. Almost all spectators are anti-Obama.
Orly Taitz arrived just a few moments ago and the throng applauded.
Lucas Smith is also present. Smith has claimed the Obama birth certificate he has shown on the Internet as real. That remains to be seen. However it is interesting he has joined the proceedings.

When court is in session cell phones and camera's will be banned so we will experience a news blackout.
This hearing may last from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Taitz apparently wishes to include Lucas Smith so that an investigation of his proffered document can be be forensically examined and by which means he came by it.
Justice Carter is expected to throw out the last minute attempt Motion to Dismiss submitted by Obama's counsel late in the afternoon this past Friday. Taitz is also hoping for court approval to depose Sec State Clinton and Sec Defense Gates. Justice Carter may also rule for discovery. This is what we are hoping for, because once discovery is ordered the case is over. Obama would then have to unseal his records and produce.

Gary also mentioned there was no visible media turnout for this hearing as in no SatCam Uplink Trucks. The LA Fox Channel was expected to report on this hearing. Perhaps they are awaiting a "courthouse steps" exit interview from the pertinent parties.

Justice Carter noting the packed courtroom and overflow crowd waiting in the hallways has ordered a change to a larger courtroom and has taken a 2 hour recess to accommodate the transfer of officers of the court and spectators.

As far as crowd demographics the estimated age range is 18 to 80
70% Men 30% Women
age 60+ seems to be the majority. About the same mix as an August Town Hall crowd.
Orly Taitz appeared relaxed-- calm cool and collected.

I wonder how long he will take to decide if the MTD is gonna be granted or not?
It was the Ronald Reagan Federal Court House in Santa Ana, CA. There were about 100+ people waiting in line by 8:00 for the chance to get into the courtroom. After about a few hours while other court cases were being heard, we were finally let in. An “overflow” was sent to an adjacent courtroom where the proceedings where seen via CCTV.
It would appear that unless the Motion to Dismiss is granted that we are going to get to the Discovery phase which is where everybody says the case is going to be over.
A scary wait for the Obama lawyers I’ll bet

The motion is very weak. I think it's unlikely that this motion to dismiss will succeed.
Lucas has stepped up to the plate, when others have stayed in the dugout. I’m skeptical but hopeful, you never know who is going to hit the game winning home run or strike out.

Isn’t The 64.000 $ ? , Where is the proof Smith traveled to Kenya & Mombasa , My ? would be to Smith do you have airline or a ocean liner ticket, or passport record of yourself going to those places.
Or what proof do you have that you where in Kenya.

Well, maybe I am just getting older, but only 3 weeks and 6 days seems to me reasonably close to ASAP.
Yes, it is strange that Smith would take the chance. Isn’t perjury a felony? But getting the case heard may be worth a short jail sentence. I can’t help but wonder if it couldn’t be used to make Obama produce the real one.

But if he is reviewing the MTD, it should take him all of 10 minutes. That’s how long it took me.

Bingo! Obama’s legal goons realize the affadavit may sink the Kenyan.
If I read the DOJ Motion to Dismiss, they essentially said that the time to challenge this was before he was elected. the unmitigated gall. How many times and how many people did just that, and were told we have no standing. Something needs to be changed, for if we have no standing, then the compact is broken, and we should basically ignore the govt.

With the slow gears of justice in play, I sure hope we have enough left of the US by the time discovery is scheduled to take place in October.
Perhaps Orly can do some more of those emergency filings to get things moving faster :)
