Well, maybe I am just getting older, but only 3 weeks and 6 days seems to me reasonably close to ASAP.

I agree. The sooner the better. Concerned for the safety of Orly, Lucas and the judge.

My feelings exactly. But it may be a good sign. Why? Because it shows the judge is a stiff necked old Marine. Regardless of the potential importance of the case, things will be done in "regular order".

Still, I expect to have no fingernails, and maybe no fingertips, left by Oct. 5.

By January I might not have any fingers. :)
