I wonder how long he will take to decide if the MTD is gonna be granted or not? The motion is very weak. I think it's unlikely that this motion to dismiss will succeed.

The motion is very weak. I think it's unlikely that this motion to dismiss will succeed.I'm not sure what DoJ attorney(s) they had working on their MTD. But I can assure you now, given the Judge's comments (if accurate), they will call in the 'big dogs' and muster every dirty trick they can.
This is serious now. Barry hasn't spent all that money for the hell of it.
