From AmericanGrandJury.org comes news of an affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California represented by Orly Taitz. We all know the huge controversy swirling around our President's missing original birth certificate. No one seems to know where it is. Only official "Certificate of Live Birth" can be found.

I don't find that odd at all. The form is generated and typed by a legal department from the charts and then the doctor signs it when he gets to it.

I could understand that in that the doctor maybe in and out whereas the Supervisor probably has an office in the hospital thus it was filled out signed and put on the Drs table for his signature.
I find the two forms of dating to be different. One uses the day, month, year and the two signatories used the month, day, year. Which is more common for that locale and time?
I don’t like that the dates are formatted in American not British style. Date/Month/Year is British/European Style.

Actually, I’d heard on FR a few weeks ago that they’d gotten the Kenyan BC. .. within a day or two later, Hillary *suddenly* went to Kenya.. but most of the news coverage, at that same time, was Billy boy rescuing the journalists from North Korea.

I’m just not sure about the legalities of it. I would think that the attending would have to sign it before the supervisor...but who knows what Kenya does. As regards to the date format...in the text area, “on this......” the day-month-year is used correctly. What I find interesting is that they sign and date with month-day-year...seems to me it would be done European style - day-month-year.
