US First Lady Michelle Obama walks past a statue during her visit to the Capitoline museum on July 8, 2009 in Rome. The visit, attended by several First Ladies was organized on the sidelines of a G8 summit in L'Aquila.
Maybe it is a bug....camera or listening device.
Looks like she's wearing an ashtray the kids made in summer school.
I agree. That is a very nice dress. (finally)
Frankly, I’d say that is about as good as she can look. No belt. No stupid sweater. And... For heaven’s sake, it’s a statue.
I've seen the captions that delve into ghetto-speak and other slurs, and that is something I cringe at when I see it. It's ugly and yes, some people can't stand these two because they're black, and moreover blacks who don't like whites.
However, Michelle Obama rubs me the wrong way big time for two reasons. One, she either cluelessly or on purpose dresses horridly and without class. The First Lady is a position of status and class, or should be, and she seems bent on making it as common and/or tacky as she can.
Secondly, it's kind of like the Sarah Jessica Parker syndrome.....the more the media tells me what a sex kitten hottie she is, the more I despise HER because she is so clearly NOT. Same with Michelle. We are told day in day out how fashionable and chic she is. One look at her on most days puts the lie to that BS.
That's my take on it anyway.
Cool, gotta have someplace to keep the roaches.
LOL!
“I honestly think it comes down to racism....”
Oh for crying out loud, that Thing is a racist to it’s bones.AND, her Baby’s Daddy sure isn’t my president.
What you might be seeing is people no longer caring as much about what THESE racists think anymore. They both disgust me and I for one, will show no quarter with them.
People are getting very sick and tired of being accused of being a racist, just because they simply have an opinion and don’t subscribe to the PC approach to discussion.
Now, put me on your list of those you may now call racists. I have never been one, but I have decided that I am no longer offended that some people think that I am.
lol....busted!
And that just where the problems began......
;>)
She’s got bigger ones than the statue.
Of course they realize that --- for 2 reasons: THEY own the media, and in general Republicans/Conservatives have too much class.
It isnt worth the consequences.
Yes, the media is well aware of that. Of course there will never be consequences for the attacks on the children of politicians who do not own the media.
I would much rather the parents, and lack of parental common sense, be attacked about the shirt the child wore, but while I won't personally attack the child, I can not hold her totally blameless. The child is not stupid, and is a product of her upbringing.
As I said, I have an 11 year old. She has grown up in a "political" household. She was miffed at me more than once during the '08 campaign season when I wouldn't let her make her own Palin/McCain shirt to wear to school because of all the kids wearing Obama shirts.
She was the target of a few of the class bullies when it came time for the mock elections, but when a confrontation needed to be made I did not deal with the children, just with the parents.
Please see my post #152!
In a perfect world, the kids should just be the kids. Unfortunately this isn’t a perfect world and the left is as vicious as they come.
Amen to that.
How did she manage to achieve a double cameltoe?
