And also, the lack of Medicaid for abortions for poor women? JUSTICE GINSBURG: Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae — in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be...

Eugenics is alive and well in the world. They just call it by different names.

The tragedy is that Ginsberg would be confirmed today because of her support for eugenics in support of abortion.

Well, the elitists would certainly agree that Republican women should be forced to have abortions and then be sterilized, this for the common good.

When you pair this with the reasons surrounding the formation Planned Parenthood....why do Blacks vote for liberals? Seriously????

She said it. Yes, she is on her deathbed, figuratively speaking, with cancer. Truth is spoken here....

All African-American Readers on Free Republic:

Do you know the reasons behind Planned Parenthood’s formation? Do you?? Have you read about the founder, Margaret Sanger? Do you know what motivated her?

I suggest you do that. You’ll never vote Liberal again.

See for yourself...spread the word to your Community. Conservatism is your friend.

Liberals actually say “IT” and it doesn’t really matter. A conservative says anything that could even remotely be interpreted as related distantly to “IT” and they are virtually crucified in the public square.

Liberalism is just another form of Satanism... the “lovey-dovy” of it is nothing more than the sheep’s clothing to hide the wolf.

Either Justice Darth Bader Ginsberg is a bigot, or she’s far into her dotage and not responsible. Either way she is not fit for the bench . . . at any level.

When I attended the University of Oklahoma in the early ‘70s, I was amazed at the irony that the dorm named “Sanger House” was a Black dorm.

Planned Parenthood was started by a bigot who wanted to kill black people, so why should this Democratic elected Justice be different?

I have been called a crazy anti-feminist because I have compared pro-abortion eugenics to the Nazi philosophy...because abortion is a “choice” not “forced.” Sigh.

The murderous Margaret Sanger re-visited. Liberals are what they intenionally accuse conservatives of being, and you can start the list with racist.

The whole point behind the adoption of abortion was to reduce the “undesirable” population.

I don’t think this is a deathbed confession.

Prior to that statement she says:

-=== quote ===-
JUSTICE GINSBURG: Reproductive choice has to be straightened out. There will never be a woman of means without choice anymore. That just seems to me so obvious. The states that had changed their abortion laws before Roe [to make abortion legal] are not going to change back. So we have a policy that affects only poor women, and it can never be otherwise, and I don’t know why this hasn’t been said more often.
-=== end quote ===-

From this and the remainder of the interview I conclude that she will never accept the assertion that taking a life before birth is murder and that a government has no moral authority to condone murder of any sort.
