Don’t make too much dust please; I’ll be right on your six.

Texas does have the right to break into four states.
8 Senators rather than 2.

As a Texan I want y’all to know that Perry is despised by many of us for being a RINO.
He is not a conservative. He jumped out and supported Rudy very early and then piled in the John “Wayne” McCain boat when he realized Rudy’s boat had no fuel.
The most dangerous place in Texas is no longer that spot from a bull and a fence, but rather that spot in front a news media camera and him.
Every time I post warnings, his people respond.
We will see it that happens again.

If Texas secedes from the Union, please make it a point to annex Virginia, at least Central Virginia? Thanks in advance.

There would also be a large migration out of Texas to the USSA by career welfare recipients.

We will have to build a wall bigger than the one that will be built across the Rio Grande to keep from being overun by other Americans trying to get in.
We will force an oath of loyalty to our country and its Constitution, as well as mandated gun ownership.
Texas is great and will prosper mightedly.

I will be tempted to move to Texas, too. I do hope that other states will follow Texas's example. The question is whether or not the statists in Washington will allow Texas to secede. An independent and properous Texas would be the libs worst nightmare. Remember, all that the statists want is power. Forget the rule of law or the Constitution. They would have no qualms about sending freedom loving people to Gitmo.

don’t worry about federal troops....everyone headed to Texas would block all land, sea, and air for thousands of miles.
Largest convoy in the universe.

Current Social Security would be phased-out over a 30-year period. Those currently age 60 or over would not be impacted. The Retirement age would be gradually raised to age 70 for those between 50 and 59. Paid for with what?

Look at a map. Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, the Dakotas. Throw in like minded states Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
With no welfare payments to parasitical urban areas, vast cheap energy resources of shale oil, coal and natural gas, the new country is an energy colossus. Cheap energy and unhindered non union labor translates to prosperity and wealth.
What would the energy poor states of the midwest, the west and the east do?
