As a Texan I want y’all to know that Perry is despised by many of us for being a RINO.
He is not a conservative. He jumped out and supported Rudy very early and then piled in the John “Wayne” McCain boat when he realized Rudy’s boat had no fuel.
The most dangerous place in Texas is no longer that spot from a bull and a fence, but rather that spot in front a news media camera and him.
Every time I post warnings, his people respond.
We will see it that happens again.

All true. Guv Goodhair is as slick as they come. Unfortunately, KBH is worse. Not much in the way of options here for a conservative Governor.

Listen up, y'all. RINO governor Bush resigned after the 2000 election and appointed another RINO (Perry) as his successor. They're joined at the hip.

The only reason Perry is spouting secessionism is because Kay Bailey is polling better than he. He has been mediocre at best.

That may be true, and as a citizen of a state other than Texas, I defer to your analysis.
However, I'm reminded of the phrase "even a blind dog finds a bone now and then".
Is it material that he's a RINO, or even a Democrat, if his ideas make sense?

Yup, this latest states rights thing of his is total BS on his part. I am absolutely conservative but voted for Kinky in the gov election.
It would be my fondest dream if we seceded. Two sets of my great grandparents came to Texas in covered wagons in the late 1800’s. I was born in Oklahoma, but got back to my roots as soon as I could!
