"I came across this top WordPress post.
The blogger later clarifies that these states have not enacted legislation yet; these are apparently proposed resolutions.
Does anyone know whats going on? Seriously. Are these resolutions common in recent history, or is this a new trend? I am seeking accurate and well-researched explanations and analysis.

We need to get this in all the red states.
Some state court also has to rule on his BC. The BC issue is now is the only way to stop this tyranny “stimuls” bill that 4 coward RINOs signed onto.
Don’t get any hope up. The Federal Government ruler King Obama will never let it happen. Remember that the Communist Party (formally the Democratic Party) will never relinquish power. They will continue to buy Americans which will guarantee continued retaining power for many years if not permanently.
That third link you posted was a great one. Please read it everyone!
It is NOT about secession or dissolving the union. It is about getting control of a lot of bad legislation from Washington on unfunded mandates. Some states are extending it to the second amendment.
The article said half of the states are considering legislation like this. HALF
Washington would have to sit up and take notice. This is going to make a difference.

Every state is taking a slightly different approach.
This website has good information on the Oklahoma legislation which has a good chance of passage. Very much worth reading about.

Pinging this for later. Maybe some of you states that still respect the Constitution can exert some “peer pressure” on the People’s State of New Jersey....
Family there? Welcome aboard.
lol Maybe I could go live On Maris’ (from Frasier) island. Probably a lot of leftovers and really quiet there.
But first, you'd have to win the war with the communists.
Eventually, we'd get the entire US back, when the socialist states collapsed and begged to rejoin those who are following the Constitution. Our US would be a wealthy, free society just rubbing their noses in their stupidity. I don't think I'd want them back, myself, because they'd just go back to trying to tell us what to do.

New Hampshire Talks Civil War Against Feds!
halturnershow.blogspot.com

Yes that’s right, it’s about asserting States’ Rights, not seccession (though that’s also on the table in some states)
