If Barry’s not a citizen..We the People should have a lawsuit to recourse to, against the DNC for perpetrating a fraud....and I do believe the Supreme Court might find a way to hear that...rather than risk a Second Ammnedment solution.

I never said he was. I SAID HE WASN’T ELIGIBLE because Jindal is NOT a natural born citizen.

You will need to bring charges against Bill Frist and Dick Cheney for letting Obama into the U.S. Senate in 2005.

In Won Kim, the question was if a chinese girl born in America to Chineese citizens was an American Citizen.
Court ruled she as a native born citizen, as opposed to a Natural born.
Won Kim gave rise to the notion and clarification of natual born vs native born vs naturalized citizen.

Try that defense the next time a cop asks to see your concealed carry license, which you don't have, for the gun you are carrying.

Rules are different for Senators. You dont’ have to be a natural born citizen but you do have to have been a citizen for at least 7 years. Since there is no record of Barry being naturalized then he was always ineligible to be in the Senate.

The perpetuating a fraud may lie in that article, but I’m not a lawyer. They allude to Madison and if you read that link it talks about not using political interests in legislature. Meddling with the constitution should only be used for constitutional and judicial means says Madison. They also allude to coming out with a video that contains the Clintons.
So if I’m reading this right, if they meddled with the constitution and one had substantial proof they were doing it for political gains, some people are in deep crap when it all comes out. It’ll be another congressional scandal only this time, those people will have been risen to the power-goals they were looking to get out of it.
Maybe they’re waiting until it’s all written in stone before they come out with the rest. I don’t know. But I guess you have to wait for things to actually happen before you can accuse and sue.

There are three types of citizens as suggested in Wong Kim.
Natural Born:
Born to American Citizens on American Soil.
Native:
Those born on American soil. Citizenship of parent is not necessary. This is where all the anchor babies come from
Naturalized:
Immigrated here and acquired citizenship through the process.

So are you saying its the VP’s, or President of the Senate job to make sure Senators are eligible? Show me where that is written.

If you read it, you would know that the Wong Kim Ark court never decided nbc, they decided citizenship. This isn’t about citizenship, but nice try at claiming you read it.

So you are saying that the Majority Leader and the President of the Senate have no obligation to check the credentials and qualifications of a person they admit into the Senate?
So, does the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS have an obligation to check the credentials and qualifications of a person he delivers the oath of office of the presidency?

That’s the problem with this. No where has anyone been assigned the duty by congress of verifying it.
SCOTUS can only rule in a way that forces a state to do the due diligence.
Congress makes the laws.
Executive branch enforces them.
Judaical Branch decides if they are constitutional.
