Sounds like it could help Wrotnowski's SCOTUS case, that supposedly has a count about "false advertising" with BO's "birth certificate"
THAT is the jist of why this must be pursued. Obama is trying to gain the ultimate affrimative action hire, to be presdient of the United States. If he is Constitutionally qualified, We The People need to know that, now, at the start of his work in offcie. If he is not Constitutionally qualified, We The People as the ones hiring this man for the job have every right to know NOW what his true background is.
The controversy arises from the purposed failure by the sycophantic media to avoid revealing anything that might be seen as a negative for their chosen messianic candidate in the ultimate affirmative action promotion. But think about what it means if the 'president-elect' is playing this issue as a means to divide the nation! If this man could provide Constitutional level proof and he is spending a million dollars to hide the documentation, and--as you infer, actually--he is working the issue, gaming the American people to destroy the domestic tranquility, do you really want such a president to run your Republic into the shitter for the next four years with such a reality now exposed for all the world to witness?

Certainly you are right that it’s not definitive. JFK went to Berlin and famously said “Ich bin ein Berliner!” I suppose Richardson intended to say something like that—Obama really knows what it’s like to be a minority and an immigrant; he identifies with your problems.
But in the circumstances it’s another straw on the camel’s back. You have to wonder how many higher-ups in the Democrat party actually KNEW ABOUT Obama’s problem and just shrugged, or thought to themselves—rather foolishly—”Well, good. Then we can blackmail him if necessary and keep him in line.”
He sure does say 0bama is an Immigrant. Not only can you hear it with your own ear, you can also see it with your own eyes

Obama (with a “b”) is a tad prissy. Listen to the way he pronounces his “S’s”. He could never handle a man’s weapon. And as you said, Osama (with an “s”) no doubt has a better academic record.

I wonder what Richardson’s reply would be if asked about it now. He clearly says that Obama is an immigrant.

Finally had a chance to listen to the YouTube, yep, no doubt he says ‘es un’.. but it isn’t just that, it is the context that he doesn’t just ‘speak about immigrants, he is one’. That kind of negates the possibility he was saying this as Obama is from a family of immigrants.
Richardson ran for POTUS and was a possible VPOTUS. How can he be an immigrant? Or do we have a second story in the making?

Good, thanks for the clarification. Yes, he does definitely say that Obama is an immigrant.
But the opposition will preictably claim that that’s a typical politician’s ploy. For instance, to give another example, many of us were saying “I am Joe the Plumber.” What that means is that we feel his pain, resent the attacks on him, and identify with him as a sensible, ordinary guy whom elite intellectuals scoff at. In other words, it’s not to be taken literally.
But considering the facts about Obama, it’s definitely an embarrassing thing for Richardson to have said. And it’s just possible he actually KNEW that Obama is an immigrant.
Another possibility is the left are throwing comments like this out just to irk our side because they know how we are acting about the Birth Certificate issue and it is a way to metaphorically flex their muscles.
The day after the election Richardson said- in plain english that Obama was the first immigrant to be elected president.
Having said that- Richardson is liable to say most anything; he is an idiot. I wouldn’t take anything he said to the bank.
Richardson and others campaigned in Spanish for Obama saying he was an immigrant and that is why they should support him.
Speaking of Richardson- his own birthplace is in doubt. Early in his career it was claimed he was born in Las Cruces, NM and some old timers swear he was born in Mexico. I know his current bio. says he was born in CA- but who knows?? His mother currently lives in Mexico unless something has changed recently.

True. The ABQ Journal reported this morning he just left to visit her (after telling New Mexican's he wasn't going to resign as governor until the Senate confirmed him as Commerce secretary).
