This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora's box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

Whether his problem was literallly spelled out for them is a question only they can answer. They would need to be complete fools not to suspect their was a problem, especially Mckaskill and Clinton.
If any of them did not know at the time they deliberated over the bill, they should have been alarmed when the allegations of his foreign birth surfaced during the primaries and his main opponent began her research. Obama’s comment and laughter over the investigation of his non-disclosed kindergarten records on the campaign trail should have had them worried and concerned.
Everything that was related to TechDude has been purged, and although Berg does cite 'experts' in his amended complaint, it means that he has other people providing the evidence of his birth elsewhere (Kanya) and of his citizenship (Indonesian).

As you will undoubtedly recall, it was Souter who also refused to grant a stay of the election until Obama provided proof that he is a natural-born citizen of the US and holds no other citizenships.
Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Records and files were certainly scrubbed prior to the 2004 convention speech. But, it is more likely a scrub-plan prior to the initial run for political office at the time the memoirs were written and the faux-history created. He has been well advised and carefully directed. Plus, it is fair to give credit where it is due. He is a Constitutional lawyer trained to carefully dissect words, dotting every ‘i’ and crossing every ‘t’.
Also, I suspect that mamma and/or toots did the original tampering in thinking they were acting in this child’s best interest.

Passport file? They were ex-government employees now working independently and were documented to breach files 1-3 times. Some are shown to be O campaign donors. I think they pled guilty and received minor sentences and fines. Search for it on FR.
