Berg’s documents cite Polarik, not Techdude. ***The original lawsuit included Techdude’s analysis and I brought that to Polarik’s attention so that he could work with Berg and clean it up. I don’t know how much of it was removed.

Everything that was related to TechDude has been purged, and although Berg does cite 'experts' in his amended complaint, it means that he has other people providing the evidence of his birth elsewhere (Kanya) and of his citizenship (Indonesian).
