DUmmie FUnnies 09-05-08 ("Sarah Palin's Aryan Nation Family History?")
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | September 5, 2008 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

The DUmmies attempt to remove Sarah Palin as a candidate has moved from the merely ridiculous to the beyond absurd as exemplified by this DUmmie THREAD titled, "Sarah Palin's Aryan Nation Family History?" See, the DUmmies are absolutely convinced that Palin was involved in Idaho's Aryan Nation group. And their proof? She was born in Idaho, which she left before she could remember, and by the fact she went to college in that state. As if to seal their conviction on this, the DUmmies point out the "questionable" names she gave to her children. I kid you not. And based on all this, the DUmmies want to conduct a thorough investigation of Palin in their very desperate, but laughable, attempt to remove her from the ticket. So let us now join the DUmmies wallowing in their absurdities in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, noting that some really FUn stuff about Joe Biden will soon be coming out, is in the [brackets]:

Sarah Palin's Aryan Nation Family History?

[Meanwhile I'm collecting similar material on the Swiss Family Robinson.]

now, bear with me here, but this was something. was having a discussion with my mom and one reason she said she couldn't stand Palin was her maiden name was HEATH and was born in Sandpoint, Idaho. Palin was born Sarah Louise Heath in Sandpoint, Idaho, the third of four children of Sarah Heath (née Sheeran), a school secretary, and Charles R. Heath, a science teacher and track coach.

[Yes, the very name HEATH is sure to set off rational people. Oh and the proof she was born in Sandpoint, Idaho is solid proof that she is GUILTY! Of what, I'm not sure.]

up in the northwest, its well known that Sandpoint, Idaho has a huge Aryan nation/white supremacist background. My dad had lived there at one point, and we're not white. One of the more prominent family names there in the aryan nation is HEATH.

[So is SMITH.]

this could be something that needs to be checked a bit more if theres anyone at DU with the background to do it.

[Sounds like a perfect DUmmie project. DUAC! DUAC!]

I will be writing an email to K.O., Rachel Maddow, and Amy Goodman also because this deserves some serious investigative journalism.

[And don't forget to forward that e-mail to your mental health caretaker.]

She transferred in 1983 to North Idaho College. In 1987, Palin received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications-journalism from the University of Idaho, where she also minored in political science. north idaho is in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. not too far from Sandpoint. Coeur d'Alene is also known for its hostility towards minorities and local aryan nation types.

[Good thing she never went to school in Lynchburg, VA. Lynch. Get it?]

if anyone knows anyone in the journalism field also, please at least forward them this link so they could do some fact checking. it may be chasing shadows but in something as serious as the vice presidency of the united states we cannot be too careful. the gloves are off on this one, I think everyone has seen that tonight.

[US magazine is right on top of it. Now to the other sanity challenged DUmmies...]

you don't know much about ayran nation or sandpoint. I do. this is deadly serious. if shes connected to aryan nation thats a big thing. all gloves are off in this one.

[It's so deadly serious that I'm in the middle of a bellylaugh.]

Kick for the looney tunes possibility. She wasn't vetted at all. I'd believe anything about her at this point.

[In that case, did you know that Sarah Palin is a space alien from the planet Metaluna?]

MAN, I'd LOVE to see her nailed with something like this.

[Why don't you present that "evidence" to the International Court at The Hague?]

getting this across to independants and others is important. this woman is dangerous with a questionable background.

[Yes, let them also question your mental health.]

Palin's family left Idaho when she was an infant, IIRC... I don't see how an assumption can be made considering the length of time that's passed.

[KILLJOY!!!]

The picture of the Palins and their friends dressed in wolf skins looks white supremacist to me. I thought of that the minute I saw that photo of them all dressed up in wolf skins. And her children's names are Norse. It's worth looking into.

[Track and Bristol are Norse? Or maybe they have a hidden child named Siegfried?]

The Nordic name is "Trygg." They think maybe "Trig" is short for trigger.

[Maybe Trig is short for Trigonometry.]

Its beginning to make sense now, giving them nordic names, in Europe, these folks are well known racist the nordics, you find them in Denmark, Sweden and Norway (Scandinavians).

[Case closed! GUILTY!!!]

the kids' names are NOT Norse. Not sure what Track and Trig are - but they're not Norse, and Bristol and Piper are English. Don't recall the other girl's name.

[Brunhilda? GUILTY!!!]

Thanks for the correction. I was going on her own story about Trig's name - turns out she lied. Palin herself said that Trig was a Norse name, but apparently the Norse version is spelled Trygg, so she lied about that.

[She lied, Moose died.]

Bristol, Willow and Piper are absolutely English, NOT Norse. Track, I have no idea. No idea how that could be considered Norse - and if it's another bizarre Anglicization, I can't identify the source.

[We need to turn over all this "evidence" to a special prosecutor.]

I think it will be difficult to tie Sarah Palin herself to a white supremacist group. But she sure seems to have those connections.

[Those Norse names that aren't are rock solid proof.]

The Heath family left the Gooding area in April of 1926 so their cattle would have grass for grazing along the way. They received a special police escort while traveling with the herd through Boise. In central Idaho, Orville heard a radio for the first time, and family members recalled passing through a white-pine forest so thick in the Boville-Clarkia area that they never saw the sun all day.

[Find out if Orville was listening to Rush Limbaugh.]

On the 1930 Census the listed names of the children of Orville and Bessie match up to the Rootsweb site above. The census images, rootsweb site and online internment records all match one another. Charles R Heath would not have been alive in 1930 so he wouldn't show up on the last census published. If he is a younger son of Orville and Bessie, that sister would likely be Dixie A Heath, as she is the youngest in the household in 1930.

[Dixie? GUILTY!!! Plus Orville and Bessie are well known Norse names.]

Guys...She married a guy who is (part) native Eskimo.

[I went to school (in Puerto Rico of all places) with a full Eskimo.]

I agree that every corner of her life needs to be investigated, because if we should find her in the position she seeks, this country as we know it, as flawed as it currently is, could be in much deeper trouble. She reeks of all those parts of humanity that are hurtful and hateful, wasteful and selfish. I thought I disliked the lying weasel, darth, and Rove, but this one really creeps me out.

[That part about Orville listening to the radio for the first time in central Idaho in 1926 is pretty damning right there.]

I know this is thin, but I have pretty good instincts about obscure stuff like this. AND GET THIS: my assistant, who has in the past flirted with skinhead culture and knows it VERY well (don't worry, she's a liberal Dem now that she's an adult) said in no uncertain terms that Palin is sending out subtle code identifying her to the skinhead types.

[Check your box of Wheaties. It has the Skinhead Secret Decoder Ring inside that you can use to decipher that subtle code.]

Be safe, PJ. You’re in our prayers. I have relatives and friends in Florida, so I’m watching Ike for them, too.

Storm track now shows Ike moving through the Keys and then up the West Coast. In that case, it won't come with a hundred miles of me BUUUUUT five days out track forecasts aren't that reliable. By Monday morning, we should have a good idea of where Ike is headed.

One really can't be too careful about these Scandinavians. After all Sven and Lars tried to gain employment under dubious circumstances. It seems they saw a foundry with a HELP WANTED sign outside of it so they went into the employment office and filed applications.

Soon, the Employment Manager called them both in for an interview. He said "I see you two fellows have worked together for years. Lars, you were a diesel fitter. Sven, you made women's panty hose. What I don't understand is how you could work together with such disparate occupations".

Lars spoke up and said "Ya ve vork togedder for years. Sven, he make de panty hose. Den he givem to me and I say 'Ya, diesel fitter'"!

We baptize babies in ice water. Makes ‘em tougher.

And here I thought it was the pablum mixed with Mogen David...

Seriesly, These Scandinavians have to be watched. Ole lost his milk cow on his farm in Wisconsin so was looking for a replacement when he saw a newspaper add for one in Minnesota. He drove over there to check the cow out.

The farmer was elated someone was finally coming to look at his cow. He took Ole to the barn and suggested he sit down and milk the cow to see how sweet the milk was.

Ole did, and found that every time he pulled on a teat the cow passed gas. He was somewhat taken aback, but after tasting the milk agreed it was the best he'd ever tasted, and bought the cow.

Back at his farm, he called Sven and told him to come over to see his new cow. Sven arrived and Ole took him to the barn where he immediately began milking the cow so Sven could taste the milk. Of course, the cow began passing gas.

Sven remarked "Dat must be a Minnesota cow". Ole, surprised, said "Ya, but how could you know"?

Sven replied "My wife's from Minnesota".

As I just wrote to pastor Charles, I see Sven, Ole, Lars & Lena in that photo. That guy in the top row, second from left, must be holding the Communion chalice. And with all the smiles on their faces, they haven’t hit the lutefisk yet...

Seems Lars found Ole on the ice breathing heavy and clutching his chest at the end of a long open spot in the ice.

Ole told Lars, “It vasn’t cuttin’ de hole that gahtt me, it was all the runnin to make the trollin’ lure work!”

If that had been a thinking human being it would have realized that it said the word “track” in reference to the sport and that is exactly where the Palins got the name for their oldest son.
