Barack Obama once told press that his mothers death at age 53 was the worst experience of his life.
He said, The biggest mistake I made was not being at my mothers bedside when she died. He went on to say, She was in Hawaii in a hospital, and we didnt know how fast it was going to take, and I didnt get there in time.

I will never judge someone for this. It could happen to anyone especially nowadays with people living so far from loved ones.
arguing while she lay dying or something like that.
Desperate for sympathy?
He’s pathetic.
Whatever. Just another typical white person after all.
His mother was unfit. That is why his WHITE grandparents raised him and brought him UP in the world.
I wonder ... does Obama, baby think he needs a sob story to some how combat McCain’s tough times in Nam?
I agree, life can end so suddenly, i have lost family that died in an accident, no time for goodbye’s , just savor the memories and honor their love by shining it in you.
Thank God this world is not home.
My mother had a strike in CA and I did not get there form MI in time. It can happen.
His mom was smart enough to send him back to the US when she did, so her parents could care for him. What a sad family. Luckily for him, the grandparents raised him.
He talked tonight how bad it was that she, when she was sick, had to stay on the phone with her insurance co. arguing about payment. He wasn't there so how did he know?
Sounds like B.O. has a case against the insurance company. He should get in touch with John Edwards - who is open for business again.
(of you).
there are plenty of other things to criticize Jug Ears over.
His mother was 53 when she died. How old is Obama? What was he doing when he could not rush to her side? How old was he when he could not rush to her side?
She was 18 when he was born, so that makes him 35 when she died.
His grandfather was a neer-do-well closet marxist, who introduced him to the people that turned him into one.
Thank you.

How else to explain that Barry was 35 when his mom was ill with cancer (she was 53) and he did not go to her side when she needed him. She did not die suddenly as some here have posted about some of their relatives and there was not enough time to comfort the soon to be departed.
Honma ni omaiwa shitsurei da..atama chotto kara, chigaouka?
For those of you who do not speak Japanese I told American in Tokyo that he was very unpolite and vulgar in his response to Fallingwater......and I mean it. Mahalo
Both of his parents were a couple of losers who never took care of their kid.
