There are very few sure things in politics. One is that Barack Obama will change his opinion on the issues. The other is that the Clintons are nearly impossible to destroy. And so, since Barack Obama will not be the nominee until the Democrat Convention is over, and it ain't over yet, Hillary cannot be counted out. There are reasons to think something is cooking over in Camp Clinton.

He will be easier to beat than Hillary.
Totally agree.
Operation cHaOs ...
Howard Dean will have a stroke trying to keep things together. Riots in the street begin, both supporters of Hillary and NObama clash in the streets...
McCain carries 48 states to the White House in a landslide not seen since Reagan squashed Mondale.
I don't think we are the same country now as we were in 1980. Too many people who due to their own perceived self interest will always vote Democrat whoever runs and whatever happens.
Still, McCain should win easily in such a situation. I think McCain will win anyway, either against Clinton or Obama - the only question is what he will do as President, and what Congress will or won't do during his Presidency.
I have thought since Obama became the Democrat candidate...that Hillary would be the VP for Obama. In fact, I entered the PajamasMedia poll choosing her. We’ll see....
Ah, yes......Hillary, the human Palmetto bug.
The stage is set for an HRC upset in Denver. McCain is ahead in some polls over Obama, it looks like some Dems now have buyers’ remorse, and Edwards is out of the picture (thanks to the Clinton-connected National Enquirer publisher). If there is a political bombshell on Barack, watch for it to go off this week.
I love how your mind works and I totally agree. These next few weeks are going to be absolutely delicious. :)
I had occasion to smash the head on a Fl palmetto bug. It went into contractions and sqeeazed out a dozen tiny white babies during the next hour, then ran off.
I think this is a serious longshot.
But not as long a shot as two weeks ago....
I was doin’ the Nam in ‘68, I want the Dems at thier best, bi^ching and moaning, carrying signs, oh, and I forgot riots. Come on Denver, don’t let me down.
Well duh! I’ve said this since the day that Hitlary “suspended” her campaign.
If the Beast has a copy of Obama’s real birth certificate and it doesn’t say what he claims it does, it is game over for Obama.
Time, my friend, takes care of all things.
With the Democrats being fully invested in “hope” and “change” for the last few months, how in the world can they sell Hillary as anything other than the ‘old politics’? I don’t see how the undecideds would be inclined to vote for the party of chaos.

I have a question: How many pledged delegates do each have, now that Michigan and Florida are being given full representation instead of 1/2?
Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!
