He needs to wake up and realize blacks won’t win this election for him. If he doesn’t, he’s going to lose the vote of those that could elect him.

This is satire and should be marked as such.
The thing is if one reads the “quote” you can see that one of the groups mentioned is the “criminal sub-culture”. Does anyone honestly think that ANY politician would pander to this “group”, or that the MSM has a bunch of them lined up to poll?
I know our MSM is bad, and I don’t like McCain much at all, but it’s rather scary when people’s judgements preclude their examination of the data before them... It’s a sad commentary for a number of reasons, really.
Those who let their emotions cloud their interpretation are no better than those following Barak Obama who “believe” because it makes them “feel good”.
(PS - This isn’t directed at you, YCT, just those who read the single quote and posted a knee-jerk reaction - not that I’ve never been guilty of doing the same, it’s just an observation).
No, I agree the excerpt was enough of a clue. And reading before commenting is something that should be done more often.
I’m just snobby about my satire, and wish they could put something in the subject line that would save me the time of clicking on an article I don’t find particularly funny.

The more I think about it, probably yes :(
He thinks he’s special.
Further, if any of the admins ask that I mark satire as such, I will certainly do so.
That being said, I believe that the realization that something is satire should be left to the individual reader.
I also apologize for not being funnier, but I do try.
