This is just a quick prayer request.
I am relocating to Minnesota.
I will be driving there the next three days, and my family is going to follow with the moving trucks in the first week in August.
Any and all prayers for a happy safe trip, and God's blessing on the new life, are welcome.

You’ll be fine. God bless you all....and welcome to Minnesota! You’ll want back out when Al Franken is senator, tho...

Best wishes, I’m sure it will be smooth sailing all the way to Minnesooota.

Just the Twin Cities, I have a new job.
Asking prayers that my wife's job will let her transfer to the offices up there, or telecommute.
We have been wanting this for a long time, having been "in exile" in Arizona.
Thanks for your good thoughts.
Cheers!

Godspeed - it's 95 in Prescott at the moment and 76 in Minneapolis.
Weenie. ;-)

Once you hit Omaha, there’s only about 6 more hours left to Minneapolis. Good luck!

About the middle of January is when you will really need the prayers, LOL!
(Welcome back! It’s the best place to live, if you ask me.)

Weenie. ;-) Tell me that when it reaches -15 F in January...
Arrived tonight in Kearney, NE, after about 630 miles in the car.
Just in time for a severe thunderstorm, including a wall cloud.
:-) :-) :-P
Tomorrow, Minneapolis.
Or, as I say to my cubs, "Narnia and the North!"

You're gonna love it there. People tend to exaggerate the ferocity of the winters in those parts - in fact, it only gets cold once each year.
October through May.

Safe travels, and good luck up there. It’s sure a vast change in weather from Arizona to Minnesota. I hope you like hockey, it’s real big up there. And be sure to learn the accent: Minnesoooohta!
