A horse's head is dumped into the swimming pool of a Democrat councilwoman and the DUmmies of course blame the EVIL Republicans for this deed as you can see in this THREAD titled, "Horse’s Head Dumped in Democratic Councilwoman’s Pool." Perhaps Don Karlo Roveone made her an offer that she couldn't refuse. So let us now watch the DUmmies speculate that this horse head DUmping was committed by the Bush Crime Family in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, taking the Fifth Amendment on this charge, is in the [brackets]:

Pierce Gallagher said. “Certainly, we can’t rule that out.” There have been some prior instances of harassment directed toward Wawayanda Councilwoman Gail Soro, Gallagher said.

Soro's been in the middle of tussles over growth and planning that are the hot-button issues in the town. But she says she won't be scared out of office. She's up for re-election next year, and she's running.

These kind of stunts are commonplace in Chicago's RAT primaries. Aldermen shoot up their offices, candidates throw bricks through their own office windows, cars are shot on the expressway etc. We get a few laughs every election season.
I think this was done by the councilwoman herself.
Think of all the free publicity she's getting.

At that meeting of the five-member board, Cole was arguing for a $1,400 budget increase to hire a deputy to the tax collector, Catherine Cole, who is Cole's wife (Skinners ex-wife). Skinner was against it, as were Soro, a Democrat and close ally of Skinner, and board member James Skinner, the supervisor's Republican brother.
"She knew the job when she took the job," Supervisor Skinner said.
"She had a deputy," retorted Cole.
"My mother never had a deputy," said Soro.
That was before the housing boom exploded, noted Cole.
"Isn't this ridiculous," said a town resident, "to argue over fourteen hundred dollars in a 2.5-million-dollar budget? It's dumb."
"It's embarrassing," muttered someone else.
