The author is obviously misinformed. The question as to whether or not Iraq had/has ties to terrorism was decided years ago by American liberals. The answer is "No".
Take your evidence and shove it.

Great article Mark.
The Director of the Iraqi Intelligence Service and the director of the Special Security Service are still at large. These two know exactly what happened to Iraq WMD and programs related to it.

It's been reported a few times that they got him. Not yet though.
Supposedly he is in a hospital in Yemen right now.

Not yet. Although some Baathists members last year announced that he was dead and they buried him, Al Douri has leukemia according to some reports.

Good job, Mark. I had no idea the list was such a long one.
We have the deck of cards of Iraq's 50 most wanted; I'd love to see the Pentagon run a similar program for this group.

One of these days these guys are going to be captured, and then the flood gates probably will open. Interesting how last year the Sunni where trying to fool the L/MSM in believing Izzat al-Douri died and was supposedly buried.
Screw ball is probably live and well and hiding deep in the resistance's fabric. And I bet he still has a lot of the money earmarked to support the insurgency.

And surely a lot of them are p*ssing their pants as they wonder when some TF145 guys will kick down their door at a least opportune moment.
