The results of the California 50th Congressional District special election have been in for only 8 business hours and ALREADY the DUmmies and the Leftist Blogosphere are crying "VOTE FRAUD" via their favorite culprits---Diebold Voting machines. Apparently the DUmmies were NOT satisfied with their "moral victory" and wanted a REAL victory. And the only way to achieve such a victory in this election is to act like sore losers and WHINE about vote fraud as you can see in this DUmmie THREAD petulantly titled, "Results of Busby/Bilbray U.S. House Special Election in Doubt!" Yes, there is no DOUBT about it. Multiply this whining at LEAST a hundred-fold this November and you have a foretaste of what we are in for. So let us now watch the whine of the sore losers in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, wondering how long before RFK, Jr. gets his feet on the ground in that congressional district, is in the [brackets]:

To be clear, at this hour, we have no evidence to show that Democrat Francine Busby, running in yesterday's special run-off election in San Diego against Republican Brian Bilbray to replace the disgraced Republican Randy "Duke" Cunningham for the U.S. House (CA-50) race actually won it.
[But the LACK of proof is in and of itself, PROOF!]
Neither do we have evidence to believe that Bilbray actually won it.
[Except for that little detail called election results.]
We do, however, have copious and documented evidence to suggest there is no reason in the world to have any faith that Bilbray won the race...
[Yes, that same high quality evidence that you used to "prove" that Kerry won the 2000 election as purported by Heroin Boy in Rolling Stoned.]

Given her gaffe last week and the area she was competing in it's a wonder she didn't lose by more. I'm not convinced this particular election was stolen, personally.

You just don't get it, do you? There is no reason to be convinced that any election processed on Dieblod machines was fair and square. Your faith has not a damn thing to do with it, the facts are the machines are ready, willing, and able, to steal any election. This one is no different.

They cannot prove she lost the election...neither can you... IT doesn't really matter if you are "convinced" or not. I'm not convinced it was stolen either. More troublingly, I'm not convinced she lost it! And unless and until the San Diego County officials are able to demonstrate that she did, there is ZERO REASON TO HAVE CONFIDENCE in that election. Read the entire article and then get back to us, if you actually care of honest and verifiable elections. It's outrageous. And you democracy is at stake. If you give a damn about it anyway.

Yeah....And John Kerry Is Going To Become President Sure....they'll spend about 2 minutes looking into this, before deciding it's impossible to get a recount from these Rigged machines. Heck, the Dems are happy they came within 5 points, and that's all they wish to think about. The fact they lost escapes them. Maybe we'll get 'em in November. Probably not though. The Dem party cowers and loses. That's what they do best.

Has Busby conceded the election? I called voters for several days for MoveOn and about 50% of the voters I actually spoke with had voted absentee ballot. If these have not been counted yet, then Busby may win!

Brad makes an excellent point, THE point...It's critical to understand.
There COULD BE NO reason to believe that either candidate was elected because:
a) The votes are taken and totaled in secret by EQUIPMENT THAT CANNOT BE EXAMINED for software and methods problems - except by the vendors. Boards of elections and us suckers, the general public, are not allowed to look at these machines.
b) The record of all machines that I've seen covered is truly sorry - they are vulnerable to hacks in some cases; they are based on weak software and hardware standards; and the manufacturers are really third or fourth string IT companies, not near the top of any major listing of high tech leaders.
c) There is ample reason to believe that election fraud has taken place from RFK Jr's article to TIA's work to Steve Freeman, USCountsVotes.Org, etc.
[d) The moon is full and rising in Uranus.]
AS GuvWorld SAYS, show us you were elected and you prove your legitimacy; failure to do that confers illegitimate status on you as a ruler; and we say, WE DO NOT CONSENT!!!
