I think they're voting on another bill. The Judiciary Committee is in recess.

I thought Kennedy lampbasted a few Republicans during Clintons years about speaking out how they were voting AGAINST Clintons appointees BEFORE the Vote!...accusing THEM of trying to ' RailRoad the Vote" into Negative thinking territory--
yet Kennedy and the rest here ALREADY stated the last few days they were voting NO on Roberts!--same thing-

Sen. Feinstein cast her vote no, saying she did not like Roberts answers to her questions Yeah - he didn't say anything that she could actually object to.

as "the only woman on the committee," Feinstein seems overly wrapped up in the fact that she has a vagina.
Must every public pronouncement she ever makes be prefaced by a statement regarding her gender? I guess she realizes that alot of people aren't exactly sure.

FYI..format is that each senator will have as much as 10 minutes to speak..to annoucne their position..then the formal vote will be taken after..all this will be interrupted several times by recesses for floor votes..so..expect the final vote around 1 PM..
If, as expected , Feinstein and Schmer vote NO..it's very hard for Hillary to for AYE...also,..the MSM, covering Reid's speech, all forgot to mention that Roberts was on the list that Reid told W that he would NOT object to...

The only way Cindy will stay in the news after this week is to disappear in Aruba. That won't do it. She's too old.
