Attorney General Merrick Garland Warns States on 'Reproductive Freedoms'

In a ruling this past June, the U.S. Supreme Court said the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; and it said the authority to regulate abortion resides with “the people and their elected representatives” — with the states, in other words.

But as state legislatures begin their sessions in this new year, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a warning on Monday: Any attempt by the states to ban or restrict abortion may be met with federal intervention of some kind, including lawsuits.

“On the day Roe was overturned, I said the Justice Department would use every tool at its disposal to protect the rights of Americans to their reproductive freedoms. And that is what we have done. That is what we will continue to do,” Garland told a news conference.

Garland and Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta spoke shortly before meeting privately with members of DOJ’s Reproductive Rights Task Force, which Garland said has been “working tirelessly to protect access to reproductive care.”

The task force, he said, monitors state laws to “ensure that states do not infringe on federal protections of reproductive rights.” …

You have the right to reproduce all you want.

You just can't kill babies.

Slaughtering nascent life isn’t freedom, jackass — it’s state-sanctioned murder

" You just can't kill babies."

Exactly... abortion is all about trying to create a right to halt reproduction after it's already in progress. In other contexts, that's referred to as 'murder'.

There are higher priorities right now, Mr. Garland.
Have you visited our southern border recently?

Isn’t the justice system supposed to uphold the law — and not undermine it?

Simply put, Garland imagines enforces fake laws while ignoring real laws. Those his ass in prison. (After a trial and guilty verdict) He’s no better than a baby murderer.

There are no lawful Federal protections for abortion now that it is no longer a legally recognized right. Only if a state criminalized individuals or companies for performing abortions in other states could the Federal government act.

The recent arrests of anti-abortion protestors are currently unlawful because there is no Federal jurisdiction.

For liberals, undermining laws which run counter to the liberal view of an issue, is considered ok.

So we see here, warnings against states passing abortion restrictions, in spite of the Supreme Court ruling which gives the states authority over that issue.

The DOJ has become America’s KGB

Like its Soviet cousin, its main function is to force political conformity of the ruling politburo and deep-state on all political players

Its methods, for now anyway, are slightly different

I don't know how feasible it is, but I would like to see a state close local FBI offices, and kick all members out of its borders.

The question has to be asked of all men who fight so fiercely for so-called “reproductive rights”; how many abortions have your girlfriends, mistresses or wives had? How many bullets have you dodged?

Gotta kill them babies. They LOVE killing babies. And if the baby isn’t born they want it thrown to the sodomites at a drag show.
