Shrimpton reported Obama's purported mom was not pregnant in 1961 and that Obama was born in Kenya in 1960. He said Kenya was under British intelligence files and that Obama's father ran guns for the Mau Mau. He then dropped a bombshell claiming the CIA did covert DNA testing on Obama at a fundraising dinner and the test came back with no match to the claimed grandparents. Shrimpton said Rudy Giuliani's people knew and sat on the intelligence and further stated he spoke with Hillary Clinton's people and that they were quite interested.

Admittedly we are in uncharted waters in dealing with this usurper. Notwithstanding, I submit to you that it would be worth attempting to invoke Article XX Section 3, and or Article XXV, Section 4, to remove him for “failure to qualify” and or “inability to discharge the duties of his office.”

Such an eventuality would be infinitely preferable to resorting to force of arms as a final remedy. If he is shown to be constitutionally illegitimate and Congress refuses to act, than we can never again even have the PRETENSE of a constitutional republic. He CANNOT be allowed to stay in office in that event, no matter what.

Since Soetoro is occupying the WH, the only orderly process to remove him is impeachment and trial.

Then he must be arrested and tried for fraud and other crimes. Can a non-citizen be tried for treason?

The reason is under the Constitution, once a President is sworn in (without regard to how he got to that point)the only way to remove a “sworn-in President” is through impeachment or resignation of course. Neither are likely to occur.


Don't you think that is being a bit obtuse? You don't think that if the American public became aware, that they had elected a person, who was not even an American citizen, to the office of President, that they would not demand Congress to act?

And what about the MSM? Wouldn't the public be demanding from them answers to how this could have happened? Where was the vetting?

If it comes out that 1) the Obama narrative is a lie, and he was never eligible to hold the office of President, and 2) members of Congress, and the MSM media knew or should have known - you would seen the American people demand 'change' again.

Things have changed since 2008. Back then Obama was the great symbol of hope, now he's a reminder of how inept Washington is. If this is true, and it comes to light, you WILL see action in Congress. The one thing they can always to be relied upon, is that they will act in their self interest, and it will be in their self interest to act. The MSM is also on shaky ground with the American people. And this could also be a fatal blow to them - it's kind of like the blue dress, and the national guard docs rolled up together, and multiplied by 1000. The MSM will be shown as the worthless propaganda that it is.

A real legit leader should emerge to tackle these foreigner created problems. The possibilities for retribution are numerous and worthy of a big survival celebrations.

Would that have shown whether 0 and her had the same mom SADO?

Many questions here, not the least of which is, is this Mr shrimpton reputable?

The truth is buried somewhere in the millions of documents Snowden took from the NSA.

Eventually someone will stumble across it.

But the bottom line is that there is no constitutional means of getting rid of him on this count.

Congress needs to impeach him over one of the dozen or so other unconstitutional and illegal acts.

FN’s research is 100% compelling. ALl that is needed to understanding its importance is to read it with an open mind - ie, get rid of preconceptions of how it has to fit in with beliefs. Such as - realize that “no one knows where Zero was born, his birth name, his father, his mother, his date of birth, or his nationality, as all his documents are either forged, scrubbed, hidden. So many photos are missing or photoshopped. All there is as “evidence” is an adcopy book written by Bill Ayers”.

If a person reads Fred Nerks’ research and first cleans off their mental blackboard, it all becomes clear.
