Except for one not so little problem - the U.S. Constitution - and its mandate on who is a legitimate president. There is no one or no event that can waive this mandate. Sneaking into office as an unqualified candidate makes him criminally guilty of the biggest fraud in all of mankind. He needs to spend the rest of his years behind bars as an example for anyone else who would try to run another such scam on the American people.

Agnew and Nixon were driven out of office by their own party for crimes they committed without resort to impeachment and conviction.
I wouldn’t be overly influenced by Slick Willie’s escape from conviction for his crimes.
