Admittedly we are in uncharted waters in dealing with this usurper. Notwithstanding, I submit to you that it would be worth attempting to invoke Article XX Section 3, and or Article XXV, Section 4, to remove him for “failure to qualify” and or “inability to discharge the duties of his office.”

Such an eventuality would be infinitely preferable to resorting to force of arms as a final remedy. If he is shown to be constitutionally illegitimate and Congress refuses to act, than we can never again even have the PRETENSE of a constitutional republic. He CANNOT be allowed to stay in office in that event, no matter what.

Nobama is smart enough to know he couldn’t get away with flaunting his ineligibility, he will play it out politically as long as possible.

Once he quits being an asset to the “big money guys”, he’s done. That is the Law of the Jungle, no pun intended.

I agree. People are being turned off by the lawlessness of the Obama regime and the impotence of dealing with it.
