Constitution Day has come and gone. No sign of Sarah. Frustrated? Yep, I am. Dissappointed? Yep, I am. Do I have a clue what she'll do? Nope. I'm starting to doubt, though, that she'll run. I'm starting to think she's holding out for Perry's VP slot, but pounding on him may not sit well...but Bachman seems to be doing that well herself and deflecting blame. I don't know, I'm flustered a bit. Thanks for listening out there in Freepland. What say or predict you?

Related to a [P] thread that I didn't want to hijack: a discussion about how a successful presidential candidate isn't tied to any one state. I know Sarah isn't tied to Alaska -- she has developed a base in Arizona and is vigorously touring the country. Good foundation to lay.
G, our mistake is in believing that we're actually having substantive arguments with the deranged -- we're not. As I said, there's a psychological compulsion going on with the rabid anti-Palin crowd that cannot be handled with rational discussion. It's entirely pointless to engage with them.
On the other hand, it's well worth our time to rationally debate with those who have honest questions and reservations about Governor Palin. I think we can easily differentiate those folks from the deranged, don't you?
