For whatever reasons, Obama was crossed out on his mother's passport renewal and that's a fact. Obama was traveling in the Far East during this time, and what? He doesn't get a US passport? So what freak'n foreign passport was little Barry using to travel?
I don't buy the oh it was a mistake because mommy wants to do another passport application for a 7 year old kid. No, they get put on the same passport application as their mommies and are issued separate passports.

I’ve been lurking on this thread because I find the Obama hidden records to be a fascinating puzzle as a lawyer with 20 plus years of experience. Not a troll or a Dem operative. I hate O and what he is doing to our country. I would LOVE for a smoking gun to exist that would rid us of this guy. These types of threads have many statements that seem to be taken as fact but they are either fallacious or without underlying authority.
Usmcobra, do you have the legal citation for the statement that Indonesian schools only allowed Indonesians to attend? I see that statement all around the web (sometimes stating only Indonesians could go to public schools, but didn’t O go to a Catholic school?)but haven’t been able to find the original source for that proposition. If only Indonesian students could attend the schools, then what did the expat kids do (we know that the oil company employing stepdad had expats in Indonesia)?
Also, how do we know that mom and stepdad were truthful on the student record? If O really did need to be Indonesian to go to school, how do we know Mom didn’t lie? Was any one going to check in Indonesia? We have public schools in the US then and now with kids who don’t really live in the district but the parents lie to get them in. Schools don’t even check citizenship in our country. Finally, not to disparage Indonesia, but in such a third world country, how difficult is it to fill out the student record form, wink at the registrar and press the equivalent of a few Benjamins into the registrar’s hand, and presto, your kid’s in school?
Finally, I’m guessing from your tagline and name that you are a Marine. If I’m correct, thank you for serving our country and God bless you.
If O renounced his US citizenship at any time (and he can only renounce it to certain US officials; whatever was said in Indonesia doesn’t count to Uncle Sam), it will be in the federal records. It should be easy to find with online records (gone are the days of sitting in the law library pouring through federal registers page by page).
I have a hard time believing that a 7 year old or younger Obama was capable of convincing a judge or consular official that he wanted to renounce his US citizenship. Did he have a teleprompter with him? We all have seen how he is just not that articulate without his security blanket teleprompter. Uh, um, uh, your honor, uh, I am, um hoping to change, yeah, hope and change, uh, my, um, long pause, citi-, um, citizen, uh, uh, citizenship. Yeah, that’s it, I want hope and change.
I know he is hiding something (or a lot of things). Not sure what it is. Have my own theories. However, I think I can help the discovery process for others on the trail by showing the dead ends.

This has always made me curious. These lawyer wanna bees & some that are actually lawyers say that a judge can grant a divorce based on a non-marriage. Just doesn't jive. Can a judge end a ‘common law’ marriage that hasn't been recorded with the court? AKA “I do” without filing any legal papers.
