DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Apart from other " EVIDENCE " ... this is well proven, and it is intrinsic " EVIDENCE " that can and will hold up in a court of law.

I remember reading something about either the Dr. who delivered him or the nurse that was present..... I can’t remember now and I didn’t save the page :( So its worth nothing.

I didn't save it either but the story was that some woman remembered her father delivered Obama. She said she was having lunch with her father when he said he delivered a baby named Barack Obama. She stated that she remembered it because he had an odd name. Everybody here said "Bunk!".

Why did the OIP - who is responsible to check out whether the responses are correct - confirm that it was a proper denial of access and not just a SNAFU? Two different appeals were made (one of which I haven’t posted on the blog yet) in which the OIP attorney confirmed that the request was a PROPER DENIAL OF ACCESS. One confirmation was written by the director of the OIP, Paul Tsukiyama - shortly after he wrote the handbook on how UIPA responses are supposed to be handled.

And everybody let their answers stand even when we were all saying very loudly that their answer means Obama’s BC is amended. They could have corrected at any time - and in other instances HAVE corrected answers they gave wrongly.

No, Mr. Parsy, this was not just SNAFU. And the cover-up all along - especially regarding the Administrative Rules, which are required to be public at all times but were hidden the entire time of the campaign and until a year afterwards - only confirms that what’s been happening is deliberate.

I’ve been around the block a few times myself. When my kid has chocolate on their face and swears they didn’t steal the candy, but refuses to open their hand and let me see.... this mom knows better than to think it’s just a SNAFU. The cover-up always gives it away.

In addition, we have been unable to locate any legal documents wherein Soetoro’s name was legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama. Soetoro/Obama’s silence on these issues is deafening and his refusal to release such records to prove that none of this occurred results in his status as Acting Commander in Chief at best, and a willful action on his part to deceive the American People and the Armed Forces of the United States so that he may wield power that is in non-compliance with the United States Constitution.

You have thrown confusion at the Obamabots here.

They are going to have to come up with another pejorative for those asking for Obama's vital records in addition to "Birthers". Now they will have to begin labelling people requesting documentary proof as "Adopters" as well.

Ok, spill. Other than any stored at the newspaper offices, who has them and what is on them? At this point, I wouldn't trust anything at the office but from 10 of your everyday normal average US citizens who found them in their own baby books or their nana's attic.
