DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

There are consequences for doing so. And are you ACTUALLY trying to tell me that a DEM would withhold a vote for a DEM?!

All that's required for an objection is ONE member of the House and ONE member of the Senate.

What I'm saying is that none of those involved in the political process worried about eligibility and didn't feel there was any issue regarding the matter. This resulted in Obama receiving the requisite number of votes and as per the Twelfth Amendment, President.

The House is free to impeach him and the Senate free try him and if found ineligible, remove him from office.

You claim that your release of your higher resolution TIF image file for the first time is proof that you are the originator of Orly's lower resolution JPEG file because you could not have a higher resolution image unless you were the creator.

Yet sophisticated add-on image resolution enhancement algorithm software is widely available for PostScript. What would prevent the possibility of you taking Orly's JPEG image, then enhancing it, i.e. boosting the resolution to a very high degree with multiple passes with the enhancement software, then creating a TIF image of that enhanced image of Orly's image, and the releasing that TIG image to us here at FR?

Easy way to answer that question.

Buy it, take the crappy JPG from Orly and see if it can produce the same level of resolution and quality as the TIF image.

My point is that your document is not the important one. Yours appeared after Orly filed the real one which was provided by Smith. I assume it was created and put out there to cause confusion (as it is now doing again) and take attention away from the document obtained by Smith or to negate its impact by having 2 birth certificates floating around when of course they both can't be correct. When it was announced on a lefty web site that the b.c. you created punked the birthers, the people at Free Republic had already determined it to be a forgery IIRC. I suspect your and yours hoped many people would confuse yours with the Smith document and that seems to be what you are doing again by showing up at FR and confessing to your deed.

The weekend hasn’t been bad. Had to work today (self-employed) but the weather here was great - almost 50 degrees and sunny with a light breeze. I do a lot more reading than posting, usually. And sometimes when that’s not the case, I end up wishing it were!

You have it backwards.

Mine appeared by way of Orly filing it with the court in early August, 2009. She didn't file the Smith certificate in court until a month later in early September.
