My point is that your document is not the important one. Yours appeared after Orly filed the real one which was provided by Smith. I assume it was created and put out there to cause confusion (as it is now doing again) and take attention away from the document obtained by Smith or to negate its impact by having 2 birth certificates floating around when of course they both can't be correct.

You have it backwards.

Mine appeared by way of Orly filing it with the court in early August, 2009. She didn't file the Smith certificate in court until a month later in early September.

I’ll check on that - it has been quite a while and it was a very long and confusing thread so my memory could certainly be faulty. Even if yours was filed by Orly and was filed prior to the other, the Smith document is the important one for the reasons I stated above. However, if what you say is true, then I have attributed motives to you that you did not have when you created the document. If that is the case, I apologize. Will be back to you after I find the answers.
