In the latest indication President Bush is having problems with his conservative core political constituency,.. Is Savage part of the "conservative core"?
I always considered him a part of the far right.

I was listening to his show last night and couldn't beleive what I was hearing.
Then the Rochester radio station left his show and went to a basketball game.
I live in Buffalo and the only other radio at night is Dr Laura and NPR. I shut it off.

If an idea is bad enough, it will eventually pass. I cite as evidence for my theory campaign finance reform and the new prescription drug entitlement. This immigration proposal will pass as well, I expect.

As I recall from what I heard of Bush's talk on this, It is a proposal only. No exec order or anything. Congress has an idea laid out before it on which to act, including making changes as it sees fit.
Since when to does a President get impeached for making proposals?

...This is the worst betrayal of our country in my lifetime," said Savage,...
Well, Clinton's sale of hi-tech weaponry to China, who also plans to destroy us, is the worst. But bending over for Vincente is pretty close. The destruction of our borders is the end of our nation, whether the pom pom girls can see it or not.

While I disagree strongly with the immigration proposal, I think Savage is completely off base. There are certainly ways to address the problem short of impeaching the President. If anything, Savage is playing into the rabid left-wingers' (read Wesley Crusher Clark and Michael Cartman Moore) hands.
Just damn.

Jeez. You can vehemently disagree with the policy without calling for impeachment.
When was the last time Michael Savage had a good day? I think some chemical reaction is permanently awry with the guy.

Stupid Savage. It's a Plan that will be tied up for years in Congress. If I were any more cynical, I'd suggest Bush wants to register illegal aliens so we can ship them back in box cars. I'm suprised dems havn't accused Bush of this nazi final solution.
