Darn it. I was hoping Parcells would be hired by Mike Brown here in Cincinnati. The Bungles need help (2-14) and Parcells could have convinced Mike Brown to have a general manager report into Parcells and really run the team.

The Dallas Cowboys have just taken the first intelligent step in rebuilding themselves in a very long time. Jerry Jones exhibited all signs of being a moron when he fired Jimmy Johnson. Many of his decisions since have only reinforced that impression. (Of course, I was as outraged as any native Texan and life-long Cowboy fan when he fired Tom Landry.)
FINALLY, we've got a coach we've actually HEARD of before and who KNOWS HOW TO WIN!!!

As a long-time Giants fan, all I can say to Cowboys fans is not
only has Parcells never won a Super Bowl WITHOUT Lawrence Taylor, but Parcells will only stay
until you all promise your first-born to him, as well as your last chocolate chip cookie.
The man knows NO loyalty, his words mean nothing, and he is the ultimate mercenary.
We shall continue to enjoy pummelling Dallas with or without Billy-Boy...
