AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 655) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 6, 2002 | All of Us

Posted on 11/06/2002 4:31:08 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

THE SENATE HAS BEEN LIBERATED!!!

THE DASHCLEAN CAPTIVITY HAS COME TO AN END!!!

In the pre-game analysis yesterday, the media pundits, the media talking heads, the leftist prognasticators who are all visionary gave the following pronouncements:

The demoflops would either take control of the House or reduce the GOP majority.

The demoflops would hold on to, or increase, their majority in the Senate.

The demoflops would take a majority of the state houses.

The demoflops would win in the state of Florida.

Now that the game has been played, and the contest settled, it is time to look at the scoreboard.

The headline in today's Washington Pravda says it all:

GOP WINS BOTH HOUSES

1. House - demoflops FAILED. The GOP has at least maintained their current majority. The current status is:

GOP - 226
Criminal Party - 204
Can't Decide Which Party - 1

There are still four races that have not been decided. These are:

CO 07 - GOP leading 48-46% with 88% counted
LA 05 - headed to runoff, 3 GOP candidates with 66% of the vote
NM 01 - GOP losing 49-51% with 98% counted
TX 23 - GOP losing 47-52% with 74% counted

2. Senate - demoflops FAILED. The GOP has gained absolute majority. The widow Carnahan has lost her race, so applying Missouri law, Daschle is no longer the Illigitimate Majority Leader, and resumes his correct title of Minority Leader.

LATE BREAKING - MINNESOTA CALLED FOR COLEMAN!

GOP - 51
Criminal Party - 46
Can't Decide Which Party - 1

There are still two races left to call:

Louisiana - headed to runoff, 3 GOP candidate with 51% of the vote South Dakota - Thune(R) leads by 949 votes with 99% counted

3. Governors - demoflops FAILED. The GOP retains a majority of the state houses.

GOP - 26
Criminal Party - 19
Can't Decide Which Party - 0

There are still five races to decide:

AL - Incumbent demoflop leads by 3,139 with 100% counted. Likely recount.
AZ - GOP losing 44-47% with 99% counted. Likely recount.
OK - GOP losing by 6,357 votes. Likely recount.
OR - GOP losing 47-48% with 76% counted.
VT - GOP leading 45-42% (13% for 8 minor candidates) with 96% counted.

The demoflops hoped to legitimize Carnahan. They failed.

The demoflops hoped to win in Minnesota with Mondale. They failed.

The demoflops hoped to cashier Jeb Bush in Florida. They failed. JEB WINS BY SEVEN POINTS! NO RECOUNTS, HANGING CHADS, OR MISSING ELECTRONS HERE!!

The demoflops hoped the voters in Northern Virginia and Tidewater Virginia would willingly vote to raise their own taxes. They failed - on both counts.

The demoflops hoped to make the election a referendum that would denounce the President. The President picked up the gauntlet. THE DEMOFLOPS FAILED IN EVERY CATEGORY POSSIBLE!

IT IS A COMPLETE DEFEAT FOR THE CRIMINAL PARTY.

Tomorrow - we get down to business. But...

TODAY - WE RELISH OUR FULL VICTORY.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Mitt Romney is going to be a great governor for Massachusetts. He is competent, and very charming, and tenacious. We Utahns hated to see him go after the Winter Olympics.

Dog, he has put the world on notice that the dimwitts are going to do everything they can to block W, on everything.

That will be very hard for them to do. They have to hold 40 of their 47 or 48 members to vote against cloture.

The problem with that is visions of Max Cleland will run through their heads. They know that perhaps as many as 5 or 10 of them could get defeated in 2004. Presidents normally lose senate seats in the off year and gain them bank in the years they run. They are all thinking that Bush may do better than that in 2004.

Anyone who can look at the productivity figures understands that the economy will be booming in 2004. Understand that we are going to make Iraq pay us for defeating Saddam. They will have to pay us for our cost in FREE OIL. We intend to make a profit on defeating Saddam. That will give a big boost to our economy in 2004. What kind of coat tails do you think Bush will have with an economy at least as good as Reagan had in 1994?

There is huge anger and division in the Democratic party in both the house and the Senate. Some want to attack. Some want to cooperate. Some say Daschle was not mean enough. Some say Daschles nastyness cost them last night. Daschle or someone will have to hold them together. It will be 100 times as hard as it was two years ago. Some will want to out bush bush. Other will want to filibuster a roll call. The have to hold 41 of their guys together. Some of them may not even be speaking.

This is not a unified united angry democratic senate working together to hurt Bush. This is 46 or 47 Democrats mad as hell at each other. They are pointing fingers and calling names.

Don't buy the united against Bush stuff. They are far from united on anything.

Thanks for bringing that post over here. It is truly sickening and I'm sure went on all over the state. Unfortunately, the poster says in a later message that her poll worker source "doesn't want to get involved" and won't report her observations.

It is my understanding from following the posts of Congressman Billybob, an FR legal expert with much experience in the high courts, that the recount occurs automatically because of the small difference in the votes between the candidates. (Some are disputing that Thune must request the recount within 3 days - I'm not sure who's right about that.) Thune will then have the remedy of the courts, if need be, after the recount. See here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/783854/posts?page=61#61 and you can also click on his screen name for other informative posts on this topic.

Lorena, the R's must follow this thru, don't you think?Maybe that pollworker will change her mind....if not, there are other sources for answers and evidence.

The Corrupt Party must be stopped this time for committing this kind of fraud.

I saw after I posted that previous comment that there will be an automatic recount and that makes much more sense. (I would have corrected myself if I hadn't been knocked off line.) I'm sure that the Republicans have been very aware of the vote fraud there and are keeping their options open and doing what they can to overcome the cheating.

Hard left is the ONLY way they have a chance - spell it out for the voters: if you want the government to support you for the rest of your lives, "Vote for us."

The lines are being drawn in the sand - hosts vs. parasites - pubbies vs. 'rats, you decide.

Even with the thousands of ballots left, Salmon probably doesn't have a chance to pick up enough to win it looks like. Too bad.

He is a good man. The Boston Globe is having kinniptions . All of the polls were wrong. LoL! I despise the Globe. I have to admit though I do buy it a few times a week. Most of what I read is on line, but some times I like the feel of a newspaper. By the way, if anyone cares. I have been reading newspapers since I was about 12 or 13 years old. My favorite section has always been the "Letters to the Editor." I have found that FR.com is a lot like what first attracted me to Newspapers. That is to say "letters to each other." Some years ago I began to notice that the letters were different. I could not quite define just what it was. Eventually I stopped getting that paper. I resent the Boston Globe because they try to project an image of neutrality. They do not present objectivity in their reports and columns. I realize that much of "Journalism" is subjective. I just feel that that fact should be acknowledged. FR.com is a "Conservative" site. That is all that I want from the Globe. Anyhow, I am still feeling a bit giddy over all that has happened. It feels great to be an American right now. We all seem to be in "one accord." LETS ROLL!

DEFINITELY!!!! It's not just on the reservations where things don't quite add up right and I'm pretty confident that our guys are on top of this. The rats have got to learn that they can't be pulling this cheating stuff all the time and getting away with it. We're not the same GOP as we were before election 2000!

I can't believe that MA, of all places, has a Republican governor. That is mind boggling. Lucky MA! Now your state can get to work at getting rid of "The Swimmer"!

I hope that everyone here will please spare some pity for those of us in California. We have been overrun by Rat rule all across the board (although we did pick up a couple of State senate and assembly seats, small solace at least) and all the bonds/tax increases passed. *sigh* oh, well, the Rats are in charge and will deserve all the blame for the even greater mess this state will soon be in. Perhaps by the next election, the unthinking voters here will have had some sense knocked into them. Anyway, I'm thankful and so happy that the GOP now controls both houses.

jtill, hayburner, how are you holding up? California needs to get with the program!

An Open Letter to Democrats & Assorted Fools

You will be very upset for a long time, starting next January. You will howl. The sky will fall on you. Your children will starve, and your elderly will be led off the cliff. But the agitation and the contrived pain of next year is nothing, zero, nada, compared to the stunts you will pull in April of 2005.

That Spring, the Supreme Court, newly regenerated under Chief Justice Scalia and three new members, will announce a series of decisions that will reverse fifty years of lies.

My dear leftistas, you shall reap what you have sewn. Instead of amending the Constitution, your Supreme Leader, FDR, made the Court drink his New Deal poison. Instead of amending the Constitution, your JFK/LBJ-packed Court imagined a new addition to the Bill of Rights rights that legalized extermination of small humans. Instead of amending the Constitution, your leftist Courts ignored the Constitution and made up new rules on the fly.

You chose -- deliberately, seductively, and stupidly -- to construct law rather than vote it. You chose autocracy over democracy. You chose populism over constitutionalism. You chose the illusion over the stone. You chose relativism over truth. You are now going to feel, very personally, very, very personally, what it is to know our truth.

The Scalia Court won't have to make up rules; all it has to do is to go back and look at the existing rules, those very rules you leftist morons ignored.

Bleed, darlings, bleed.

Love,

Nicollo

Daschles first run was recount and ended up in the US senate for a Decision.

It took a year after Daschle was elected the first time for him to take his seat. The Democrats controlled the Senate and voted to seat him.

The race in South Dakota is a long way from over. The last time it was this close in South Dakota it was Tom Daschle who was the D candidate and it took him a year to actually gain his seat.
