Woo-hoo! We got the house! I'm going to be a home owner before I have more white hairs than dark.

We did the loan today based on our best guess and were able to lock in the 5.25% rate, but hadn't heard yet about our offer. Turns out our offer wasn't accepted as is, but their counter was in the ballpark so we took it. Tomorrow we initial the contract and stop by the bank again.

Now, is there anyone here I can e-mail a picture of the house to so it can be posted online? I haven't found it online at the realtor.

Never mind about having to e-mail. Our realtor just e-mailed me a link. Doesn't do justice to the 2 acres, but it will have to do.
