The UN is likely to grant Iraq a full year under an "inspection" regime before it is willing to say Iraq is "non compliant" and seek other courses of action.
British newspapers are concerned the UN will become irrelevent if the US acts unilaterally.
The Sun reports former PM Major as saying the United States would respond to an Iraqi use of WMDs by conducting an above-ground nuclear test in the Baghdad area.
And President Bush is sending to Congress a resolution that will authorize him to act soon with military force, notwithstanding the UN concerns, in the event Saddam does not quickly relinquish his WMDs.

Which dream are you referring to when you hear that tape? I have several, you know...although my prime favorite is when it all comes down at once and all the suspects are arrested in one fell swoop, and the American people are no longer fooled!
