Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort is the most spectacular new resort on Grand Bahama Island, packed with fun, sun and amazing Caribbean experiences. This vibrant new island playground sits on 7 1/2 acres of pristine white sand beaches and offers:
rooms and suites with a Caribbean influence
two acclaimed championship golf courses plus the Butch Harmon School of Golf
Senses Spa and fitness center
14 themed restaurants and lounges
Camp Lucaya, an imaginative children's center
duty-free shopping nearby
4 outrageous pools
meetings and function space
wedding gazebo
Believe it or no - I found all this Carribean stuff with the search words Chicken Scallopini.
Go for it now - make your last check to the undertaker - and may it bounce.

Grannie..I agree with your assessment of migraines...when I was in my 20s I had a terrible time with migraines...but I did notice that the older I got, the less frequently I got migraines...now at my ahem, advanced age, I rarely get them....so yes, getting old, or older, sure does have some advantages...

For any of you who missed it the first few times around...HBO has been rerunning 'Band of Brothers', a wonderful series about a group of soldiers, during WW11, made all the more special because its about a real group of soldiers, a true 'band of brothers'.....
There are so many folks who whine and complain about what is on TV, and even go so far as to brag how they dont even own a TV....for those of us who do enjoy TV, 'Band of Brothers' is truly a remarkable series, ,and one not to be missed...looks like they are running these episodes every Tuesday.....I sure am enjoying watching it again...and the music is wonderful....

Hi Mom.. Hope you're well on your way to getting better. My kids have all had that cold..and I told them to stay at least four feet away.. lol Jessie has had it, and now her mother and step father have it, and my son came in today and was soooo sick with a Bronchial cough like I get when I get a bad cold.. I sure hope I escape it..
Yes.. I had them until I was about thirty something.. After that they gradually went away.. I will never forget them tho.. They were life threatening at times.. I wanted to take my own life they were so bad..
My mother lived with me at the time and she had very little sympathy..as she never had a headache other than sinus in her whole life.. It wasn't easy.. lol lol

Mom... I don't have HBO, but my Al is reading the book right now. He says it's wonderful.. My daughter gave it to him for Christmas..

Hi Dark.. got your joke and it was a good one.. Thanks..
I guess I'll call it a night.. I've been up waaaay too long today..and no nap..
Three or four a.m. comes much too early... See you all tomorrow.. Buenos Noches.. ( I should have tried Mayan...lol)

I know what you mean about those migraines...if one has never had one, and all they ever had was a regular headache, they cannot at all imagine how bad a migraine is...and I dont think I had severe migraines...just really mild ones....but I knew some people who had really severe ones, and were actually so ill, that they had to be completely bedridden until the things were over....
I always get strange things in my vision, like circles of light, and I always smell things that are not there...those things happen just before I get the migraine...if I can get some bedrest while having these strange vision and olfactory problems, sometimes I was actually able to prevent the migraine from happening...
The worst migraine I ever had really had me sick for about three days...0nce the headache left, I felt like I had a piece of cardboard behind my eye...it did not hurt, ,but it was irritating...
For those who have migraines, they have my full sympathy, they are miserable things to endure....
Yes, tell those who have those colds to stay away...both BigDom and I are pretty well feeling very much better, we just both seem to have some residual congestion in our chests...but boy, we sure were sick last week....dont care to do that one again....

LOL - soon enough will come the call. Either that or I'll fall splat down into the keyboard. Blurp - hello! Time for bed, don'cha know?
