I just came in from the garden. It's a gorgeous day today, and I took a few pics. I assume it's beautiful where you are too?

Hey, for an old broad with one leg, a glass eye, no undies or shoes and no teeth..I'm not doin too bad.. lol lol ;)

Have the kids started school yet? If they have, I'll bet you're one happy camper...

Hi ladies. I thought I'd be running around today, but things have changed and here I am.

Mo last night on Food Network they had some woman on who bakes wedding cakes like works of art. For some reason, I immediately thought of you and cracked up laughing. Hubby thought I lost it. You'll never live that cake down. ;-)

Oh, I have no where learned all this baby can do. AC has one like mine now, so I let him learn and then tell me.. ;) I use mostly auto too. Hey, one step at a time.. We can't all be Vals...

And she shouldn't.. That was one of the funniest things that ever happened on FR..and she had the good sense to show it to us all..

Of course the runner-up had to be Ringies cookies..whatever they were.. lol lol

Gran, that is gorgeous. Is the foliage pretty up there yet? Down here the leaves turn yellow, fall off the trees and that's it. I've been looking forward to fall pics from you since July. :)

There is one small tree turning across the street, but I haven't been far enough away from home lately to tell.. It's been raining for a week..

I will have to keep my one eye open and look around.. If I ever get out of the sewing room, that is.. ;) It's hell hopping from the sewing machine to the serger on one leg.. I think the Capt'n likes to keep me on a tight leash, as he hasn't found my leg yet.. lol

Back from beautiful Lake Cumberland and still playing ketchup with the threads.

I'll have to play businessperson for a while today: see which tenants are naughty and which have a clue...back later with a report on the holiday.
