You can pick your nose,
and you can pick your secretary;
you just can't pick your secretary's nose.

LOL..lol.. Please tell AC that.. he has a long reach..and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.. He's soooo picky..
To: habs4ever
Yeah.. but how'd you like the other two mails..?
To: habs4ever
Sorry just got back from having supper.
That is true it is a badge of honor with us - especially if you come from good pirate stock. Unfortunately, none of the men or women here drink Rosé so that one one remained unopened.
Yes, the model is my daughter, unfortunately I did catch the hand flourishes that preceded this shot they were perfect. This reunion was in Santa Cruz about four miles from Sada. Later on we had a suprise mock wedding for our cousins who had their 25 annivesary a couple of months ago. You would approve of them sanctifying the table (altar) with cigar smoke before the ceremony.

Family Reunion
Last Saturday

Before being thrown into the pool
To: acnielsen guy
A very handsome family there - way to go.
My afternoon was spent at the Eye,Ear,Throat Doc's joint trying to figger out my ear problem. No luck today. On to the CatScan guy tomorrow - this is becoming worrisome since we're scheduled to fly outa here this Friday and not returning until next Wednesday. With my predestination beliefs, I'll just go with it, and when my number is up - it's up.
The tales of school days, crows and kittens, and ligers and such was a pleasant read upon my return home. Thanks Mom

So the antibiotics are not doing any good? How long has this ear problem been going on?
To: grannie9; yall
This will be the fourth week or so - FirstDoc said I had an infection behind the eardrum so I was on anti-biotics for a week. No relief. Monday I went back to FirstDoc and complained that everything was still the same and requested different meds plus a blast of penicillen in the A$$.
But today at the grocer, I had to stop walking, steady myself, and take some deep breaths to clear my lightheadedness. It scared me into getting a referral from FirstDoc to SecondDoc who found no sign of any infection, but no other problems and he ordered the catscan....I don't mind the dying - I just don't want it to be in cat food aisle of the grocery store for crying out loud. ;-)

Don't get worried yet Loddy.. Al had a virus that came on him for two years that affected his vertigo.. They thought he had a stroke.. It came back two years in a row which can happen with a virus.. It seems to be gone now.. Antibiotics won't cure a virus.. So don't get nervous yet..;)

Last one today see you all tomorrow - Good night.

I kinda thought that the background was too void. That it feels 'unfinished'. (I hate that, but I do that too often.. leaving a drawing unfinished that is)
My machine seems to have had it's copy of Internet Exploder slimed.. which takes out AOL as well, since AOL is just a 'pretty skin' on I.E... So updating to IE6 seems to have fixed my 'Invalid instruction in MSHTML.Dll.." problem...
What was that guy in that picture in post 405 thinking?!
Er.. if he was thinking...
To: acnielsen guy
I prefer to use a good mix of Isopropyl and some oxy-acetylene.. makes the coals ready in under ten seconds.
I also have been known to use that awful pink sterno to start my campfires, and a mix of kerosene and engine start fluid at times......
To: Darksheare
Careful out there. You've got some pretty nice accelerants working there.
One of the funniest slideshows I have ever seen involved some U of Indiana geeks having a Who Can Get the Grill going Quickest contest. The winner, and undisputed champion was the team that chose LiquidOxygen as their accelerant of choice.
I bet that grill's almost to Pluto by now. (They did have the sense to rig up a VERY remote ignition location.) ;-)
