you locked your keys in the car
it was nice of young man to come with wire coat hanger and open it for you
you are not a dunce, you were distracted
you had big shopping to do, and it was on your mind
Love, Palo

and found our house, which turned out to be a wonderful, delightful little home for us, with lots of rooms, and lots of landscaping on a huge lot....so we were impressed...

You went right by Tumacacori on your way to Nogales, and San Javier or Xavier, if you like, was not to far off your route...Sheesh girl, look around you, there is all kinds of stuff in AZ. and it's not all that big a state...

I think you are right about that dinging bell...I am just used to it, especially when you first get in the car and if you are not seatbelted in when you turn on the car, that bell goes off again...I dont need to be made aware of putting on my seat belt, as just do it automatically...but always hearing that bell for one reason or another, I guess I just dont pay attention to it....
And I think Palo is also partially right...I was thinking so hard, about what all I had to buy in the store, that my mind was on shopping, not on getting my keys...
To: westmex
yes westy now that you mention it, I saw a sign saying this way to San Xavier (?) mission
however my neighbor was driving
I know where it is now tho
you start driving to mexico and when you go a little way, there is sign telling you this is way to mission
thanks for putting it all together for me

BigDom believes all his animal friends should be treated like royalty...especially sexy portly lady basset hounds...
When Helga was really so very old, and had a hard time getting up, BigDom would hand feed her the fresh bakery cookies, and then he would bring her silver bowl, filled with fresh cold water, and place it right near where she could reach, even tho she was laying down...she would drink a lot, and with much gusto and noise...then she would lick her lips, rest, and drink some more...she repeated that a couple times...and then she would be done drinking...
BigDom would then take up her silver bowl, clean it out, set it aside, and when she appeared to be thirsty again, he would give her more fresh water, and go into the same routine...
He sure did love is 'big girlie'
To: palo verde
Yes, BigDom did get us a great house...but sometimes, when I irritated him, he said he was going to make me go live in one of those tobacco sheds....
To: andysandmikesmom; westmex; All; christine; lodwick
I agree with you and christine
you tuned out the bell cause it always rings
you're used to ignorin' it
plus your mind was copin' with what lay ahead
(I hope there is sports on tv tomorrow, so bigdom shelves gutter cleanin' project for you)
for any new yorkers on thread
my hunch is mission is to my house
as flushing (queens) is to westchester
westy calls it round the corner
cause he grew up out west
lol
for non new yorkers
it means get on I10 and start driving to mexico
but dont go all the way to mexico
turn right
loddy, where is report bout your big trip to Dallas
