her restaurant reviews are unusual lol
To: palo verde
;-) I like the one where she tells BigDom to, "Shut-up and order the soup."
The Poles have got their eating down pat.

Habs, yes that would make a good movie, with us all getting more sweaty and squirmy as that hot sausage worked its way on our bodies...
Loddy....Polish eats and treats...they are the best...
Palo...I always do say, "shut up and order the soup" because its always the same whine with Bigdom, and his dissatisfaction with most restaurant salads...Yes, I am glad he has decided to keep me...

Well, BigDom is all excited about his rock and roll weekend...
I am equally excited about being left alone for the weekend...
All I have to do, is go to the store and post office tomorrow, feed BigDom a nice big breakfast, and send him on his way....
Then all my personal attention can be directed to important things, like Ebay and FR.....
Of couse, there are the side trips, to pay attention to Mr. Dizzy...
Funny, how the march of time, and aging can change ones perspectives...when we were newly married, BigDom and I could not stand to be away from each other...Now that we are almost seniors, and after almost 33yrs of marriage, we sure do cherish those times apart from each other...
When retirement days come, and we are always together in the RV, it will be interesting days...

My aunt and uncle who lived downstairs of my parents were quite a pair....one time I was coming up the stairs, and they had their back door opened...I remember their discussion...
Uncle Harry was musing about retiring at the age of 62, taking an early retirement....then there was dead silence...and then Aunt Wanda said, "Not unless you like having an ax split your head".....
Uncle Harry retired at age 65, right on Aunt Wandas schedule...

I forgot she told BigDom shut up and order the soup
(it was cause he was complain' bout the salad?)
lol
my hubby is champion complainer
when he was kid his mom said ''why dont you call the complaint department''
(I guess his complaining was driving her nuts)
he said he was interested and enthusiastic, surprised they had a complaint department, and wanted their number
To: andysandmikesmom
rofl rofl
that is so funny bout Uncle Harry and Aunt Wanda musing bout retirement together
To: All
that was an experience
I clicked on one of the WWF threads on LP (the enforcement one)
to lurk a lil
and they referred to some other site
so I posted to one of them ''what is name of site, addy, and link, thank you, love, palo''
then I went back to see if my question was answered
the post I clicked on to asked me why I sign my posts love, palo
so I answered it
after I posted my reply (which was revealing)
I was too embarrassed to see if someone had posted the link I asked for
finally I screwed up my courage and looked
the link was there, and mercifully everyone ignored my revealing post
Love, Palo

BigDom is also quite the complainer...I tend to go along with things, and just roll with the punches...BigDom however, seems to thrive on complaining at times...
I just usually try to ignore it but sometimes it just gets the best of me, and I just say "knock it off already, my head hurts"
One time, several years ago, there was this guy Ed Hume, a horticulture guy, who had a local gardening show on TV...and he was going to be putting in an appearance at one of the local garden shops in Olympia...he was supposed to be there, to answer garden questions.and also promote his brand of seeds for planting...people were invited to come, to ask Ed Hume gardening questions...
BigDom wanted to go, and I knew we were in for trouble...sure enough, all the other folks standing in line, were just asking old Ed Hume gardening quesions....
Not BigDom, oh no...he gets his turn and starts interrogating Ed Hume about the use of artificial pesticides and fertilizers, and complaining about their overuse and contamination of drinking water...BigDom is a big believer in the use of manure, and more natural fertilizers and herbicides....
Well, BigDom was polite, and Ed Hume did agree about the potential dangers of overuse of pesticides, and herbicides, but it was the idea, of complaining to this man in public, that got to me...BigDom thought nothing of it...when he has a complaint, you will hear about it, and he does not care who you are...

rofl bill is opposite of bigdom
he is polite to everyone
even bendng over backwards
he saves all his complaining for me

he has running commentary
the internet is really made for someone like him
