That is the view from Lisa's deck. I don't think there is room to put in any kind of pool without cutting some huge redwoods. She is thinking about a hot tub on the deck so you can see and soak at the same time.

I just read that to the kids -- they say those kids are stupid -- and my kids will defend Jackass to the death.
I dared to suggest that adults who produce shows for stupid teenagers (the MTV audience) need to reject ideas that include "I want to know what it's like to be set on fire and filmed for TV." They know the influence TV has, it's how they sell advertising.

I agree with your kids. That kind of stupidity is pure Evolution in Action. Every time someone tries for a Darwin Award like that, the average IQ of the human race goes up.

MTV is teen society poison. I cannot defend it.
The percentage of really stupid, careless or sleazy kids in school in the 70's (not an ideal time either) was about 10-15% .... today it looks to be about 50-60%.

He says he is guilty of being a willing member of a suicide/murder attack, but he is not willing to die now?
Perhaps he intended to be arrested and miss his date with fate....... He's afraid to die. He doesn't really believe the Islam martyr/paradise stuff after all....
