loddy is that a whole air show
you know the Air Force Base is close to me
I guess it's lucky the French decided not to continue their underground explosions
I was dead serious about going to the airforce base and discussing it with the General
(I wanted him to call the French General and ask him to stop the explosions)
I was still new in Tucson, I found out where the Base is
where the Gate is
who I have to ask for and what to say to get to speak to the General
I planned out what I would say (and what I would wear)
but Bill would not drive me
he did not go for my idea!!

Today's Humour: - Ten Worst Things to Hear At a Tattoo Parlor
10. "EAGLE? I thought you said BEAGLE."
9. "We're all out of red, so I used pink."
8. "There are 2 o's in Bob, right?'
7. "Sorry, sir, your chest will only hold the bottle dinghy."
6. "That call was for you. Hope you meet someone else named Tahiti Sweetie."
5. "Gosh, I hate it when I get the hiccups."
4. "Anything else you want to say? You've got plenty of room back here."
3. "I'll bet you can't tell I've never done this before."
2. "The flag's all done and, you know, the folds of fat make a nice
waving effect."
AND THE #1 WORST THING TO HEAR AT THE TATTOO PARLOR IS... "OOPS"

An old house in Portsmouth, near Strawberry Bank and Prescott Park..
Note the 9 over 6 windows, like our house. It's one way to tell an old house in the east..

Oh my goodness - you are really doing well with your tool - it's no longer a toy. Stunning pics.
9 over 6? huh? I counted 5 over 4, but maybe there's windows in the back, or something I guess.
Off to look at your album. Thank you for sharing it with us.
*L* Yeah, our poor thread today is much like a date with an inflatable doll - all about me, and much of a response from dollie. Other folks may have lives. ;-)

Sorry Loddy.. I meant 9 over 6 panes/mullions.. Yes..there may be windows in the back.. lol lol..but I didn't sneak around to see..
I think a blow-up doll would have been a good investment for today..
Unfortunately we do all have lives..and mines been too hectic to suit me.. Maybe it will settle down next week..

Great news for the desert! Keep it up, so to speak, Mr.Rain.
Great pics Gran. Did you guyz feast in the ship restaurant? It looked like SeaFoodCity there. That drive home looked brutal enough - lottsa weekenders making their way back to the house. Good job. Now mix a stiff G&T, and try and relax a bit. Cheers.

No we didn't eat while we were there. In fact I had never noticed that restaurant before..
Oh, I've had my equivalant of G&T. thank you.. ;)

loddy, I don't have a life, I was lurking on badjoe's thread
chrissie said her hubby responded to an inflammatory post she got
and go over and read her hubby's post
I read half the thread and couldn't find it
one post was deleted by moderator
maybe that was it
the thread was interesting and I got caught up reading it
I was in pool for whole hour to cool down from heat
then Bill went to library to use their computer (cause I was online here)
he went to Art Bell's website and informed me they found another solar system with a planet just like Jupiter
it's very far away tho
the rain was short lived but wonderful
cool delicious breeze is blowing thru house now
I am blessed
Love, Palo
your tattoo parlor joke is funny
chickie, your pictures are glorious
To: grannie9

nicely framed
you are good at composition
Love, Palo
To: lodwick
we had rain real rain for first time since Bill hiked back down that mountain in the dark
I am overjoyed
what bird makes that loud clucking
is it woodpecker
To: palo verde
Thanks for the update on the day. Christine and Bill spend lottsa time trying to convert, or discuss issues, with idiots and I applaude them for it. It's just not for me. Too much hatred and name calling from the pinheads. Let me post my cherry pies and stuff.
